I usually order on Fantuan (you get a discount) for pickup. I've been ordering the same drink (Cream Brulee Hot) and it's always lukewarm. Even worse is they hand you a straw to use with a drink that's suppose to be hot. Today, I finally asked if it comes any hotter... the lady said no. You know what is said about doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. That was my last Cream Brulee Milk Tea Hot from Moge.
Pretty average place. Sometime the store is empty and you get your drink fast but sometimes they are short staff and takes a bit to get to your order but most of the time the staff seem nice. I just order wait 5 mins and go. The boba is averaged priced and I think it tastes a bit better than other places. But the drinks I get sometimes have like huge clumps of boba which is bad and it also sometimes have coffee in it?! But pretty average would go again.

I got the brown sugar boba tea and It was good. Its just that the boba was stuck together and it was hard. It wasn’t soft like other places but it was hard and stuck together. So I don’t know if I would return.
