I was in Flushing for a convention being held at the nearby Tangram Mall, and my friend wanted to bring some pastries back home with them so into the Rainbow Bakery we walked. The space is on the small side but its stockpiled with all sorts of tasty treats. They have trays for the customer to place their findings on and bring them to the counter. This was my first time to try the taro bread here. It was pretty good! The bread was soft enough, taro was so smooth! Have already figured out what to eat next time! Also clean space and friendly service.

I'm so happy the hotel front desk recommended this place! We tried the cream cheese filled roll, the spam and egg sandwich, the coconut and pineapple roll, the ham and egg sandwich, the egg salad roll, the potato salad roll, the honey lemon tea, the ginger lemon tea, and coffee.
