Ordered a matcha oat latte. It tasted different so I checked the label on the cup and they had given me a regular latte. I have a moderate dairy allergy and can get pretty bad symptoms if i drink milk. It's really difficult when my request for non-dairy milk is completely ignored. Couldn't get a refund or complain in person because I was already on my flight. The employees should be trained better to understand the seriousness of food allergies.
Everyone working was incredibly kind. I was absolutely horrified by the atrocious and racist words the person in line in front of me spewed out to the worker taking orders. Have we really gotten that low as a society? It’s literally Christmas for goodness sake. I wanted to cry when she said that she had gotten used to such acts. The coffee that the person working recommended was absolutely delicious and perfect. I wish everyone there the best of luck. ❤️

I would have had my sandwich sooner and it would have been warmer if they hadn’t given it — even after a discussion with the woman who received it about whether it was hers — to someone else. My name was surely on the sticker and no one called my name. Instead, after a few more minutes and some discussion behind the counter about making another tomato & mozzarella, I was handed Emma’s sandwich that had been sitting on the counter the whole time.
