“Eclairs and coffee were excellent and the staff very friendly. Horrible policies of the owners not allowing Eat in when they had tables in half the place. Not allowing customers to use bathrooms is inexcusable. Signs are so disrespectful also.“

“Pam's custom creations were quite the hit at our table for North Country Wild Care. We do wildlife rehabilitation, Pam brought her custom cookies to our Christmas party & they were AMAZING! She had all sorts of cookie animals, each with a bandaid or other custom item to demonstrate rehabilitation. Just adorable and so much thought and work went into the design. There was even a big cookie with our logo. I give Pam the Baker and her custom cookie creations my highest recommendation ! These are perfect for special parties, corporate or non-profit events, the list goes on, anything where you want to add that super special touch! These are gorgeous edible creations - so beautiful it is almost a shame to eat them ... almost :-)“
“Love this place.. Always a stop when going to the mall. Someone should fix the A/C for the employees, though. I walked up and it was really warm. Joking around, I mentioned something. I was told it was broken. I just feel so bad for these workers still running around busting their butts and in 90 something degrees!!! You guys are doing a great job, and thank you very much.“

“I like their bread and sandwiches - their breakfast sandwich is to die for! I also like their chai tea! But what makes me come back is the sense of community there and the support for the arts. I've noticed they go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and at ease. They are kind and ethical in all these little ways that add up to something amazing. They are a major support to musicians and artists who are growing - between their thursday night music night to their friday night open mike - and they put different artists work up on the walls. It's a special place with a lot of heart (and yummy food and drink)! I'm thankful they are around.“

“Very cute cafe for breakfast serving excellent coffee in Lake George. You place your order when you walk in and it is delivered to your table. They were very efficient even with the crowd coming in. We liked Vero so much we came here twice during our stay. The breakfast was delicious, we all ordered different items from the menu with no complaints. I had the corned beef hash with two eggs and it was excellent. All the pastries and bagels were made fresh daily. We even noticed they serve ice cream and sandwiches. If you are visiting Lake George this is a must stop!“
“So this was my review from the summer of 2022 "we were in LG on vaca & needed a DF/GF bday cake to bring back to long Island. Well...thank you the cake held up on the trip which included a ferry ride. My family loved the cake and the only problem is that your bakery is not located closer!
