“We did a take out lunch a few times while we were in Saratoga this summer. Sandwiches and cookies are SO GOOD. The people who work there couldn't be nicer. ALL of their profits are donated (can't remember what the charity is). They serve breakfast and lunch. We would have had breakfast here too but it was included with our hotel room. Consistently good from summer to summer. I wish they had a shop near where I live!“
“Never did I expect to find Canele's outside of France. When I saw them in the bakery case, I did a double take and began to geek out excessively. I think a lot of bakeries don't bother making them not only because of the ingredients but also because you have to acquire a special mold to make them and they're not readily available. They tasted great, not overly sweet, rich, and filled with that familiar orange zest flavor. It went perfectly with a cup of black currant tea. My first time trying that kind of tea, and it was really good. I was very pleased to be taking a break from walking/shopping and being transported to Europe for those moments. While I enjoyed myself, I did find that their prices were a little excessive, but then again, I think that was true for most of the shops/restaurants in the area. Would go back again though if I were ever to return to Saratoga.“
“Adorable bakery that gives back to the neighborhood. Food was served quickly and piping hot. Nothing like a great soup and sandwich. I've been here several times. Pastry is wonderful. Outdoor seating and the building is so welcoming - looks like a fairytale house. Love it there.“
“Our wedding cake from Indulgence was nothing short of spectacular! It was exactly what we had envisioned when we first met with Alex. Working with Alex and Indulgence Bakery was an absolute pleasure. They took the time to understand our vision and preferences, and they flawlessly brought it to life. I sent a few pictures of what we had imagined and it was perfect. Not only was the cake stunning, but it was also incredibly delicious. As the "big kids" we are, we opted for funfetti cake with cream cheese frosting and a strawberry preserve filling. Telling my mom this, she wasn't too sure. But, once she tasted it (and the rest of our guests) they loved it! We are immensely grateful to Indulgence Bakery for their exceptional talent and professionalism. They played a pivotal role in making our wedding day truly unforgettable. If you're looking for a wedding cake that is both visually stunning and delectable, look no further!
