“I always enjoy my food when I order from here! Always a great experience with Maria and Nikki! Always so nice and accommodating, I served tables for 10 + years at a lot of high end restaurants and they are an awesome example of how service should be, However everytime I order something on Sunday evenings the blonde girl and the brunette girl that work there both have terrible attitudes like they both absolutely hate their jobs, I never see either one of them smile , or take any kind of personal approach to their customers at all, which in my opinion as a someone who worked as a server for so long might result in less tips or even a negative vibe between the server and their table… last night I ordered 2 orders of French fries and asked for some plastic silver wear , the brunette girl looked at me and said! “I guess but I don’t really see why” … maybe because I’m a regular paying customer .. but maybe that’s just me… and another time I placed an order with one of the girls , and asked for my total, and had me wait on the phone for over 5 mins for my total while she stopped and ran her food… something that takes 30 secs took 5 mins…in my personal opinion as a server those two ladies show a big lack of professionalism, I do not recommend Sunday nights when these two girls work! But I absolutely love this place when it’s any other day of the week”

Haven’t had something to complain about since I’ve tried pretty much a lot of their things. “My partner and I have been to the Aviary many times and we are always excited at the prospect of going again. Last night we had an absolutely lovely day-after-Valentine’s dinner there. Cocktails, appetizers, mains, all fabulous. At first I was disappointed that the fantastic steelhead trout I had there recently wasn’t on the menu, but the short ribs were a terrific alternative. Nick serves a wonderful cocktail and, at this point, he even knows what we like. We enjoyed being in the nest and appreciated that the staff agreed to seat us side-by-side so we both had a view of that beautiful room. Service was excellent, as we have come to expect. No photos, b/c I left my phone at home so as to just be there. Thanks, all.”

The Crisp Cannoli - Bakery & Cafe

I made a post not too long ago asking if any bakeries made those gingerbread frosted bars. My mother used to make these growing up and I haven’t had them in years…

Finally made it to east green bush today early enough(they close at 3)

Anyways..
I got 2 of the gingerbread bars, 1 big m&m cookie, and 1 not pictured chocolate covered Oreo

The gingerbread bars are sooooo good. And moist. Wasn’t overly sweet and sorta fugdy type center. 10/10 recommend.

The m&m cookie was purchased for my son . It was huge but still managed to be moist.
Really good- according to him.

And the chocolate coverd Oreo as you can tell was delicious. That’s the first thing he ate( as to why there’s no picture)

Everything was decently priced too.
This was all under $10 and those gingerbread bars are NOT small”

“I cannot emphasize how much I love the breakfast sandwich here! I’m from the west coast and make it a point to come here every time I’m in town. The sambal, the fried egg, everything… oh so good. I hope the menu never changes!

“Great experience and value here! The space is bright, open and clean. I got a taro milk tea with brown sugar boba and 2 2-protein make your own poke bowls. Yum! The food was fresh and lots of choices. I also like that avocado isn’t an extra cost, which it is at many other poke restaurants. I look forward to returning for some of their spicy ramen!”
