“On 09/05/2024, my family and I went for dinner, ordered gyuru lagman, classic lagman and dapanji and they immediately brought us baursaks as a compliment and they turned out to be fresh and very tasty, then they brought us our orders and we were very delighted with the taste of lagman because that we haven’t tried such a real Uyghur lagman in New York City for a long time. The establishment is very clean and this is one of the most important priorities! And we really liked that they brought it in disposable dishes, starting with glasses, because it is much more hygienic than using reusable dishes, because with reusable dishes you don’t know which person ate before you and how they washed him, but disposable dishes are the most hygienic dishes! Well done for coming up with this, may the Almighty give you success!“

“While the restaurant has closed they are operating as a food truck. Please check their Instagram to see their daily location. Lately they have been in bed stuy.This review is for my visit over the summer. We went on a Sunday and received the following: seafood mac n cheese; hot honey oxtail sliders; blueberry cornbread and the Cater 2 U which has salmon, shrimp and crab cakes. No complaints on the food, the portion size or the customer service. Everyone is always nice. I've only met the male owner during my visits and he is the best! Sad to see the restaurant go but happy to see that they are still making food. Definitely check them out when you can.“

“Ordered on ubereats food came hot well packaged , ordered lamb gyro, chicken gyro and wedges, lamb gyro was not tasty, it was abundant with lamb chucks adequate amount of white sauce ( which also was not tasty), pita ( was soft and fresh), onions and cucumbers helped a bit, chicken gyro was way more flavorful would by that again and the wedges were good“

“Located north of Radio city hall, there seems to be a new competitor coming up for Adel's famous halal. This place is run by Afghans and they are really warm and welcoming people to their food truck also the service is quick while the food is served hot and fresh.After reading some reviews here, I opted for a chicken chapli kebab platter. Chapli kebab is basically a ethnic Pashtun dish from the border region of Afghanistan-Pakistan. The minced chicken was good while adding the right amount of spices to give a succulent taste, for the first time, I had cumin rice and it tasted good and was a welcome change from the regular saffron rice available elsewhere. These people provided fries alongside salad and topped it with white sauce which had the right amount of thickness while their mint sauce was a welcome addition to this. I don't usually go for the spicy sauce as I'm not a big fan of it.Overall it's a great experience to try something for the first time apart from halal guys and adel's. The big advantage of the food is that it lacks food coloring like adel's and whatever prepared is done in the right way while also the wait time is very less compared to adel's and halal guys.“

“I’ve eaten at this restaurant three times in person and once online via Uber eats and I can safely say the food here is excellent.The staff is friendly and welcoming, the decor is pleasant, the food is affordable, and the area itself isn’t too bad. I must admit that It’s easy to miss if you’re coming here as it’s a bit small and hidden away.Me and my partner have personally enjoyed the Butter Chicken and Lamb Korma.“

“Sloppy and yummy Mexican tacos. So so so good! The taste was great, so flavourful. The soup next to it was perfect. I would highly recommend this place. I had the chicken Adana kabob and my family members had salmon lamb chops lanb Adana, which was all wonderful. THE LENTIL SOUP, one of the best I have had!! Great portions, about $20-$30 a person. I am stuffed! Deniz was the gentleman who helped us and was super attentive! He recommended some yummy Turkish sodas and desserts. Great service, would definitely come here again!“

The regular mash is good and the spicy mash is unique. The honey definitely makes it taste different than other burgers. Their main menu is endless, I have to try everything! “Better than halal guys by far. One of the few places with good chicken that isn't dry and lamb isn't burnt. Only thing I didn't like was the hot sauce. “I visited De Tandoori Knight on a Saturday 4/6/24. I was dining alone. The customer service was excellent. The restaurant was small but very clean and organized. The prices were excellent and the portions were great. I ordered Chicken Korma with Basmati rice, regular Naan bread and a Mango Lassi. The chicken was very tender, the sauce was creamy, delicious and not spicy. The Naan was good. I loved the Lassi. I had leftovers. I will definitely be returning. I am Puerto Rican and grew up in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Growing up here there were no Indian restaurants. So happy to see more Indian restaurants now. I've been eating Indian food for about 20 years. To my Latinos try Indian food you might just love it. Not all dishes are Spicy. Visit this restaurant you may just love it like I did.“

“I got the Chicken and Lamb over Rice combo for $7. Yes, 7 dollars flat!!! It was absolutely delicious and a hugee portion for the price and quality. The meat was well seasoned and really tender and juicy. I really loved the lamb and it wasn't gamey at all. The mix of greens you get really freshens things up and adds a nice little crunch. The white sauce is a must. This was probably one of my favorite things I ate on my trip. You get your food really fast too. The vibe here is mostly takeout, but they do have a few seats if you choose to sit here and enjoy your meal. Interior is very utilitarian, it's a main ordering desk with a salad station and the kitchen in the back. Cashier was friendly and helped me pick from their various menu options and suggested the chicken kebab. I asked for the Afghan rice with it because I am such a huge fan of fried carrots and raisins. Service was pretty quick, I didn't have to wait too long for my food to get ready and they were generous with the side sauces. I found the food really delicious, the topping of carrots was very well done, and the rice was fluffy without being too heavy or greasy, which I liked. The chicken kebab was perfectly cooked, it was not dry and I like the flavors on it although I do think that it could use a little bit more seasoning. For my taste, I did find the kebab a little bit on the bland side. Salad was good and the sauces complemented the meal very well. The white sauce was creamy without being too heavy and the red sauce was a good consistency and appropriately spicy. If you are in the neighborhood, come through and give this place a shot, they are definitely dishing out some amazing food.“
