“This was our first time trying The Gate House and we were impressed! We came on a Thursday afternoon with no reservation and were seated right away. Our server was prompt and attentive immediately and continued through the duration of our meal. We tried the Xerox pizza as well as the Duffy burger and both were 10/10! Absolutely delicious. “Moo’d Burger Bar is an amazing spot! Each burger my group got was phenomenal. I got the 585 burger which I would highly recommend if you like garbage plates. The garlic fries as a choice of side was a good addition to the meal as well. After our meal we had to get dessert since that is what this place is truly known for and it definitely did not disappoint! Their ice cream desserts are second to none in the area and I would go again just for that.“

This place is all about positive vibes, fantastic service, and reasonable pricing. Now, they do have a note on the menu that pricing is subject to change, and sure, sometimes the menu isn't always updated right on the dot. But let’s be real: the value you get more than makes up for a minor price tweak here and there. I’ve had them cater events for me multiple times and it's been flawless. “Reunion of a few hockey players from the 1970's for lunch today . Our waitress was Molly and she was (Johnny on the Spot) from ordering to getting refills on our drinks . We were very pleased with the Tenders , French Onion soup and the Burgers ! Even the popcorn was great . The $11.99 lunch menu was perfect . Molly was one step ahead of us whatever we needed and it cost us about HALF of what we paid at Distillery on our previous lunch .

“Extremely delicious burgers and chicken sandwiches. Despite being basic crinkle cut, the fries were surprisingly good, too. Unfortunately, the pricing is out of range for what many would expect (>$20 per person), and as a result, I can't justify going here on more than just a rare occasion.

Edit: since writing this review, Shake Shack has came out with many promotion codes that can be used to either order on the app or the in-store Kiosks. Definitely helps with the affordability.“

“Really disappointed in our order tonight. Chicken fingers had a stale chemical taste. Hot meat sauce made my cheeseburger plate inedible as it was strikingly hot from previous experiences on plates. Bacon burger also had an odd taste. Not sure what the deal is as this is not the norm for our experience there.“

The staff was busy keeping things rolling. The only thing that kept it from 5 stars was the price. Seems wicked pricey this time around. I know everything has gone up but it seems 42 dollars for lunch for 2 was extreme. We each got a burger and fries and a drink. From the looks of our receipt everything is priced individually rather than a meal price. Asked a friend about it who lives in the area and she said to use the app and you can get a discount. Seems to be how it goes in today's world. Overall good place to eat but a tad expensive for fast food.“

“Little Venice has always been my go to pizza joint in Rochester. Today there was a mistake on the pizza I ordered (i ordered the wrong toppings) but I spoke to the guys and they helped sort things out, getting me the right pie and the original.

Their pizza is delicious and as someone from the city, it is some of the closest pizza to reminding me of home.“
