Colters... the place to be! Well, ain't that the darn truth. I've been here a few times, as I live right around in the North Winton neighborhood. Lauren is such a fantastic bartender, very attentive, professional and friendly. Mel is a joy. A true joy. I just met her the other week celebrating a friend's birthday and she is just so full of life! Such a pleasure ordering a drink from her. Colters has got a small cozy, friendly feel. I will definately be back!
Went here last night just to look for Kim, sadly she was not in. Beer was good, crisp and refreshing. However, it is a cash only bar. Kind of dissapointing considering we are nearing 2020. ATM was located in the bar making this much more enjoyable, they definitely put some thought into this. They have a pool table which took quarters to play(1.00$). Now that I had cash to make change with, playing pool was twice as easy. Me and my girlfriend had a great time at colters.

If neighborhood dives/old guy bars are your thing, this place is perfect. Dark paneling, faux stamped-tin ceiling, a super-pleasant barmaid, and quiet. Other reviewers found the locals offish, but I made new friends quickly enough. Almost as friendly as the Doctor's Inn, a couple of blocks away.
