“Dog friendly. Tasty lil chicken sando. Cider/ beer flight. If that's whatcha want, this place has it all! We did a lil work retreat here and it was a little distracting because the music vibe was more interesting than the work stuff but we made it through. I'm gonna go ahead and give them five stars even though I would've wanted more food options. But they are literally called a beer company so I can't really fault them for that.“
“An eclectic little bar with a lovely staff great local art and a comfy welcoming vibe. The charcuterie was actually thoughtful and delicious and not just expensive cheese. The bartender offered thoughtful recommendations on drinks and was generally warm and inviting. I feel like people are ridiculous with 5 star ratings so I try to be more realistic. No complaints.“
“I stopped in for brunch on a Sunday morning. I ordered the egg, cheese, and apple-bacon breakfast sandwich. It came on a homemade biscuit that was incredible! The waitress was polite and service was relatively quick. The atmosphere was really nice. What a really nice place to sit and catch up with a friend. Delicious!“
“Love this place. Wings and burgers are exceptional. In fact, wings are some of the best in the area. Haven’t tried the pizza yet but everyone loves it. Reasonable prices. Service is top notch. Great atmosphere. Fun people. A good place to watch the game.and have a few drinks.“
“Great bar with a cool vibe and an awesome staff. Really great thoughtful selection overall including a solid beer list. They had an inventive yet unpretentious cocktail list. I ordered a cosmo with a local cucumber vodka, which was perfectly balanced. My partner got their bourbon cocktail which was seasoned with allspice bitters. I also had to try their espresso martini which was one of the best I've had, great flavor and intense coffee notes enhanced with a hazelnut liquor. Their staff was also incredible and very attentive. Go here asap!!“
“I recommend all of the above the food was delicious the workers were all polite the games are amazing the drinks at the bar are exquisite overall I rate it top-notch thank you so much for treating us very nice every time we step inside your establishment I love the hospitality“
“Some of the best kombucha I've had; Cashmere & Root Beer are my favorites! If you've never had a kombucha float, you have to try them! Also can't beat a $7 flight on a Friday!Today I was craving a float which wasn't on their usual menu because of colder weather but Kat went out of her way to get some Countertop Creamery vegan ice cream from their back freezer and made me two floats to go! She absolutely made my day “
“We made a reservation for I believe 9 and we ended up early. We got sat right away. No photos of the food because we were both starving. We got the Ribeye with lump blue crab. It was one of the best steaks I've ever had. We also had the black grouper dish. A little salty but would eat again. Next time we come back, will just be to try the delicious looking apps and some dessert! Overall good night out.“
“Quality spot with a quality staff. Great atmosphere in a well used space (inside Park Meigs Mall), with excellent TV accomodations for watching any sport. The classic pub vibes offered by Dead Red are a perfect addition to the neighborhood, and while there is no kitchen, there are plenty of offerings in area to check out before or after your drinks. Corner of Park and Meigs with plenty of options for street parking.“
“The Sheffield is a great place to have a great meal and terrific craft beer. The atmosphere is very relaxing. It's a perfect place to unwind and have a great conversation with the other patrons. If you want to come to a place with great food, drinks and relaxing ambience, The Sheffield definitely fits the bill.“
“Very relaxing atmosphere. Employees are relaxed and seem to enjoy bar humor. Food was very good. We had buffalo chicken dip. Omg! Yes! Wings. Yup. Worth it! Loaded Cajun fries and beef on a wick. Now, i will say tbat most are right, it is a little dry but, when you add the juice they provide its AMAZING! I will also say that the restaurant should give a bigger (or 2 of the current size) ajus for a regular beef an a wick. Recommended. Ohhh and the beer is green for st Patty's!!“
“Quality service. Genuine interest in supporting community initiatives impacting historically marginalized communities. Great food and music. And the private rental space is perfect. We’re proud to have partnered with Shoot Ya Shot Sports Bar alongside our media partner #TheBeat1055FM to invite newcomers into the space as we hosted our announcement event for #EEPathways Juneteenth Underground Railroad Bike Ride (June 2024).“
“Checked this place out a few weekends ago and loved it. The food was great, had the buffalo garlic Parm wings. Super friendly staff and was made to feel at home. Joe's excitement in regards to live music will keep me coming back. Was lucky to get to see Todd East perform. Highly recommend.“
“Always delicious food with great servers. We haven't had the opportunity to hear live music yet, but the patio is our favorite spot to dine when weather allows.Kid-friendliness: Great with kids. They have crayons and coloring books for great entertainment. Good kids menu.“
“Great food! Great music! The sound was on point! This little venue is so intimate. It just invites people in to have nothing but a good time. This thing you might be small but the bands they bring in are not! I recommend this place highly if you're looking to have a good time with some good music and some good people!“
“My husband and I came here for the first time this past weekend. We were immediately seated after confirming our reservation, and our server (I wish we got his name/remembered!) was amazing!! He was very good about telling us where everything was sourced from, and he was also very convincing about how good the food they served was. I was interested in the Amish Chicken but was skeptical since I had no idea what a cream sherry was. When I asked him about it, he answered that it was rich in flavor and that he really enjoyed it. He must have still sensed my hesitancy and said, "Would you like to try some?", which I was so surprised about! He brought me over a small bowl with the cream sherry, and it was really good (savory with slight tartness to it). Everything we ordered was amazing, but it was his service that really made our experience so wonderful - thank you SO much!! We will definitely be back again!“
“My wife and I went for the first time and were very impressed with everything from the service to the quality of the food and the attitude of the employees. We got to spend some time with one of the owners and was very impressed with his desire to deliver a positive experience for everyone. We will definitely be going back.!“
“Went for Valentine's Day and had a great time. the restaurant itself is quaint, with a nice relaxing vibe. The homemade pasta( I had the vodka sauce) was really tasty. the stuffed chicken special with the red pepper sauce was on another level. The hostess and our server were extremely friendly. We will be back for sure. oh and the piano man was crushing it that night, rebook that man!“
“Fantastic!Cocktails, food, service and atmosphere are perfect. I highly recommend the deviled eggs as appetizers. My friend had the salmon and ate every last bite. I had the burger and cleaned my plate. It's a little pricey, but worth it. Also easy parking if their lot is full there is another lot right next door. Make reservations and enjoy!“
“I love this place! Lived in Greece 60 years and it’s hands down my favorite restaurant-bar on the west side. Classy and small, amazing selection of whiskeys, cozy, beautifully lit, astonishingly good food- Flight West has it all. Except one thing. If you’re going to offer so much beautiful scotch, you’ve got to get Drambuie. Nothing beats a Rusty Nail as an after dinner drink. I’d like to give it a 4.9 stars. Try the bao bao buns! Last night had the Kung Pau calamari - fabulous. Wasn’t a huge fan of the octopus. Surprisingly good charcuterie. I’m rooting for them to become a permanent part of the town.“
“Gluten free pizza and mocktails! What a fun place for food and drinks! They have a wood oven they make all their pizzas in, minus the gluten free. Gluten free is prepared and cooked separately to reduce cross contamination. Be prepared to wait +20 minutes for a gf pizza. I ordered the pizza special on the gluten free crust. Not bad! It's a bit thicker (not full Detroit but not NYC thin). Overall, not bad. I would order it again, but this wouldn't be my first choice for a GF pizza. The crust fine, a little dense and premade. They have a couple of fun mocktail options that aren't some overpriced lemonade junk. I would recommend going for the atmosphere and drinks (alcoholic or not). I'm excited to see what else I can try on the menu. The staff are so friendly and helpful! All my questions were answered and it was so fun watching everyone cook at the pizza oven! Street parking and small lot for customers, both free.“
“We recently ordered a fairly large quantity of food and drinks from Mullers for my sisters baby shower. They were easy to work with, gave us a great deal and checked in a few times to make sure everything was on schedule. When I arrived for pick-up they greeted me at the door by my first name with smiles just like I was family. They also helped to load everything into my trunk. A few days after the event they even checked in to see how everything went! This is how you run a business! It’s hard in 2023 to find an establishment with that kind of class and professionalism. I highly recommend Mullers for any catering needs. Even better yet, stop in and enjoy some drinks, cider and food with some friends or family. You won’t be disappointed!“
“fantastic place. can be crowded and loud and dark, if thats not your jam than this isn't the place for you. this is a fantastically artistic space with an amazing atmosphere. staff is extremely friendly and the live music is always very talented.“
“My wife and I had a wonderful night out at this establishment. Food will definitely keep us coming back. As well as the great waitress and manager Angelina who were all very welcoming & made sure we had all we needed throughout our meal.“
“I was in town for business and we went here for dinner. What can I say amazing. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was perfect. And the service was great. Keep up the great work. I look forward to coming back when I’m back in town. Thanks for a great evening.“
“I'm always thirsty as a camel thats been on a 7 day trip through the desert and that means I go to the linwood. Always parched, and when Raider Rick is there which is anytime they are open for business I end up staying even longer because it takes me so long to clean up his clock. You should see it when I'm done, you can eat off the minute hand. tick tock tick tock“
“Quaint & clean. The staff was SUPER FRIENDLY. They don't serve food but we were able to Uber eats a pizza. The entertainment was fantastic. We saw Amanda Anne Platt and the Honeycutters. It was so good that I think we're coming back for their show tonight!“
“I ordered catering from them, and I received so many compliments for the food. It made my event a great one.Vegetarian options: They were more accommodating to make sure some items didn't even touch anything with meat being served.Dietary restrictions: They made a wonderful cauliflower pizza for my gluten free guests.“
“My mom and I enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Windjammer today. My mom raved about how fantastic the fish sandwich was! The food was hot, fresh and delicious! Plus we had an amazing server, Audrey, and a picture perfect view! Highly recommend!!“
“Our first time at this place. We heard the fish fry was good and it was. As was the broiled haddock. We sat at the bar and were very pleased with the two bartenders as well as the hostess/waitress. All hard working and friendly. The vibe is nice too. The bartender said the place has been a bar since the 1800's and Dicky's for decades. A good mix of young and old in the crowd. We definitely will be back and recommend it to others.“
“My family went here for 2 hours of bowling in the morning and had an absolute blast! We enjoyed some cups of coffee and casually threw some bowling balls down an alley. My family and I have always had good experiences bowling at Radio Social, as do many other people and as such, it is often crowded; so when the morning was rather quiet, we appreciated the extra space on the comfortable couch seating options. In general, my family prefers coming to this alley because of its payment/activity structure; the lane is paid for by the hour and can have up to a maximum of 6 participants at one time.A neat addition this time included a flea market where vendors had set up their stations in the space behind the main bowling area. It was an interesting event and my wife found a bracelet she liked. All in all, my family had the great experience that we usually have and will be back for more in the future!Kid-friendliness: There are plenty of families that bring their kids during the day, and it is a great place to spend the earlier part of the day with them. However it becomes an adult atmosphere towards the evening and night, so if you're looking for a kid free environment, you should come later in the day.Wheelchair accessibility: There are wheelchair accessible bathrooms and ramps to get up to the bowling area.“
“Went for Bloody Mary drink which was excellent. They have the specialty ones only Sunday yet very enjoyed their in-house made. Server VERY friendly, pleasant. Was very nice, comfortable there. Didn't have any food but will go again for sure.“
“I love the Daily Refresher. The cocktails are always excellent and the service is great. The charcuterie board is huge and is the best in the city. I do wish they had more food options/larger plates, but everything I have had there has been really good.“
“Spent an unusual Easter Sunday evening in this bar after most of Rochester seemed to be closed. I was glad to hear that everyone had done due service to attending church that day. Great bartenders and interesting chat in a well run local bar that seemed welcome to all. Thanks to Don, who has not given in to the blue and brown.“
“We've been hearing great things about CRISP Rochester and it did not disappoint. Despite being a little busy, they handled us with ease and a smile. Food was creative and tasty. There are several options for both vegetarians and vegans. What's really nice is that these offerings aren't an afterthought, rather they are creative options even an omnivore like me can enjoy (my spouse is vegetarian/pescatarian). The pimento cheese appetizer was fantastic. As good as I've had when traveling the Deep South. Unfortunately they were out of the Shrimp & Grits entree we wanted to try, but what we ordered was just fantastic. Our only comments are the "for the table" section's items are more single serving sized than true sharing portions. Still amazing, though we might have ordered more in advance if we'd known. Finally, there was a nice selection of mocktails as well as traditional cocktails. Like the comment about vegan/vegetarian options being creative, it's nice to see creative mocktails instead of just virgin versions of the same tired drinks. We will definitely return. The patio was lovely and the food great.“
“Great atmosphere with very good pool players. Melissa(Mel) has a unique touch of service - she ensures every drink rests beautifully on a coaster. I have observed her overtime, and she's meticulously consistent at it. Even when you change seats, she brings you a new coaster. This subtle but professional etiquette makes her standout. Overall, service is excellent!!“
“The bar tender Austin, is HIM!Not only does he provide amazing service, I watched him run out of the bar, leaping the fence bushes and a 10 yard gap to save children from a burning bus. It was insane. (This is a joke)For real Bar Bantam has incredible drinks, amazing staff that genuinely care you have a good experience. And the food is definitely the best in town for an even better price. They also have the best wings“
“The Hideaway was the perfect place to hold a private event for my sister's wedding shower. The professionalism and execution was flawless. The food was great with gluten free options and the attentive service heightened the overall experience. I highly recommend working with Max to host your next special event.“
“Great place. We brought our son and a few of his friends today to shoot pool. They had a ton of fun. The staff was super friendly, and the food was good!Totally reminded me of walking into the old Webster Billiards back in the mid 90's, except a lot nicer, and cleaner.“
“Dan's pub has been a staple in my life for years. I met some amazing friends here and I always felt like this place was "home". It has some old-school charm with it and is a staple in the Wedge. Great company, great convo and fun regulars.“
“We had a fish fry on a Friday night and wow it was definitely worth the money. We stayed for a band after. The Bartenders were friendly and I'll definitely be checking it out again. Fish fry night is popular so reservations or getting there early is a must.Parking: Parking was up the street but worth the walk.“
“We found this café through my Seed Oil Scout app. We have come to Rochester for the eclipse and I just purchased the Seed Oil Scout app so I thought I would give it a try while we're traveling. This restaurant was recommended as a safe choice and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious! I got the Paleo salad with beef tenderloins. The beef was perfectly cooked, better than most steaks I've gotten. My husband got chicken Parmesan and loved it. Our waitress was so friendly and helpful. We are so glad that we canceled the reservation that we had over in the Finger Lakes and decided to just stay closer to the hotel. Excellent decision!“
“Awsome people, great atmosphere. really felt welcome like walking into my familys house, i felt no awkwardness or tension. it feels just like being at a friends house with a bunch of your buddies. i go almost every week! and relax and get some great grub,“
“Stopped in after a particularly rough day and Kendra took such good care of me, she completely turned it around. Food was delicious but the conversation took this experience all the way home. She's the definition of above and beyond. Thanks, sis!!“
“My first review on Google has reached tens of thousands as this infamous frank has become a late night beacon. I returned to validate the exquisite and treasured Joey's Hot Dog, and it continues to deliver. So unsuspecting, yet mighty and fulfilling. Bravo.“
“This is by far one of my favorite places in Rochester. I have been going on and off for almost 20 years now, it is the only Goth club in town and we are lucky that it happens to be a good one.It is one of the only places in Rochester with a real dance floor with mirrors and a stone pillar right in the center. It's a mood.“
“Marge’s Lakeside Inn is a magical place that has the vibes of a tropical paradise and a bar named Cheers! Francine, Fran, Ron & Marge, together built this fun, relaxing & memorable haven that has become engrained in our hearts and memories. ❤️“
“I'm so happy we stopped here. Best neighborhood bar on Rochester. Thanks Mike for a wonderful afternoon. We so appreciate you have a neighborhood bar with top shelf liquor. Much appreciated! ❤️ 510 Monroe Ave, Rochester, NY. Best neighborhood bar, ever! PS. Visit Sol Burrito, 521 Monroe Ave!“
“Such a fantastic, fun experience thanks to the party leader! He taught us games, how to throw, and gave us tips throughout it. He even let us throw longer since we went on a non-busy day. We had such a blast. The drinks were great! Such a reasonable price too per person. This is perfect for a party or date night.“
