I ordered online and the website said I couldn’t order immediately and needed to wait until 6:45 for delivery. (1 hr away) fine, I ordered but never got any confirmation. I called at 6:50 and they said another hour! I’m not really happy about this. I get delays but there’s got to be options for explaining this BEFORE you order
HUGE SLICES, with lots of cheese, sauce and a thick crust at a very low price, you can satisfy the hunger of a big guy like me with "poco dinero" 🤑❤
Normally great pizza but, this is the 3rd time I've visited Jefferson location and they don't feel like doing something. If your customer wants Buffalo wing slices then. Make a new one and give it to them. Must be nice to be able to refuse a sale. I guess making money is not a priority for you. Terrible representation of customer service and not treating you like family.
