It's a super clean place with people on their laptops at every table. Orders get out relatively quickly despite long lines (you'll wait ten minutes tops from line to drink-in-hand). The only downside is this place doesn't accept Starbucks rewards points for free drinks, etc., hence the four instead of five star rating.
The place keeps having staffing shortage since most staffs are students and have to work 4 hours straight non-stop. This place is regularly the second busiest Starbucks in the nation so expected to see a little chaos. But overall staffs are friendly and amazing. They keep the store clean regularly between rush hours when students get out of class. If you caught them during rush hour, just let them know where to clean and to refill condiment table; they'll be happy to do so....read full review

For how long the lines get, the service is quick. They're more than happy to fix an incorrect order. They should probably be paid more since this is one of the busiest Starbucks in the Rochester area.
