“From the moment we walked in, until we walked out, the staff were great. Friendly and patient and very affable, all of them were amazing. The bacon cheeseburger, with any toppings you want for no additional charge, was so good. It had been years since I went to a 5 guys, and it was way better than I remember it. The Cajun Fries were also delicious. I also got a strawberry banana milkshake, which was very good. You can choose any flavor or combination of flavors for the same flat price. It took about 7 minutes for the order to be completed. I just can't say it enough, but the food was REALLY good. The friendly staff was just the cherry on top. Definitely recommend this Five Guys.“

“We ride past this business daily and tonight we decided to give it a try and we were pleasantly surprised with our order which we took home. We ordered a 2 piece crispy chicken breast and wing with a side of mashed potatoes with gravy a biscuit and a drink. When we got home we heated for a few seconds and this was the best chicken dinner better than KFC not greasy and taste we ordered a side of coleslaw each as well and was very good also. We will definitely go back and recommend their chicken combos great service as well“

“Great place! This is way better than subway and some other sub places near by are not as good as this. The subs were fresh, giant and the service was really great and it was super quick! I strongly suggest the Spicy east coast Italian sub. Great flavors and what I suggest is that you get the extra olive oil dressing, extra onions and extra pickles. The Thai Chicken wrap is also really good if you don't like cold-cuts. The ambiance is really nice with kind of a luxury restaurant fast food fusion inside. All in all, I would 100% recommend this place if you are a sub lover.“

“I've had multiple great experience at the Five Guys in Glenville. I've used mobile order and have walked in. Mobile order worked well and the food was still warm when we got it home which was great. When ordering in restaurant the staff were quick taking orders and seemed to be running a good system as the food came out quick and correct, even with very personalized orders. It is more or less a fast food joint but the burgers and fries do seem to be a higher quality than most fast food joints. If your looking for a quick burger and fries this is a great place to stop.“

“I'm not sure why this restaurant has so many horrible reviews I had the best roast beef sandwich and the best fried chicken that I've ever had at a restaurant. Yes it's pricey but I don't eat there everyday so I splurged and ate well and really really enjoyed the food. Is a matter of fact I would go out of my way to drive 2 hours to go there again. It was a bit messy at the floors and tables but I had come there right after a busy time and I don't think the staff had had time to clean up.“

“Been there twice. Decent food and quick courteous service both times. So had the beef Philly, chicken gyro, fish (whiting I think), wings with a couple of sauces and chicken nuggets. My favorite was the beef Philly. Adequate size and good taste. Wife liked the gyro. Wings were good enough to order again but not great. I liked the large selection of sauces. Fried fish was good. A little more thin and crunchy than I prefer but acceptable. The chicken was large flat pieces of breast which were better than traditional little nuggets from a fast food place. Joel M. said it was the bomb for college kids in his review and I agree. I would have eaten there a lot if it was near my school. Overall, definitely worth trying for a quick meal.“

“Really good experience from this Mr. Subb. The customer service from the laddies that helped me was good! They were friendly and asked questions about my order. The sub I received was also very good. I can tell that prep is being done regularly, and that everything is fresh. Tots are always a great add on, and is one of the reasons I prefer Mr.Subb over subway or other restaurant shops. Soda was good, and the machine looked cleaned. The only issue I had during this visit was the cleanliness of the ceilings, specifically over the food area. Guys this needs to be fixed asap you have dust and debris hanging from the vents and panels. A food safety inspection would mark this as a critical. It would only take 30 mins to correct this. GM if you are reading this please make this correction. It would be nice to see improvements next time I return. Thank you staff! I enjoyed my lunch.“
“I always have a great experience when I go here, especially for lunch...one of my favorites is the chicken bacon ranch sub on 9 grain sub roll, or some days I like to switch it up with a wrap. I also like the option that some give you to make any foot long a salad for a few bucks more“
