“One of my favorite breakfast places in Westchester. My fiancé and I usually go here and then head for a walk at the beach. Their pancakes are some of the best around. They taste delicious and are so fluffy and airy. They also have the best omelets and home fries. The cafe is run by a husband and wife. They are the sweetest and kindest people. Always remember us when we go and makes up feel special. Definitely try this place for your next Sunday breakfast.“

The first time I got their special 1/2 chicken with mashed potatoes and corn very big took some food home. Second time, french onion soup and Eastchester burger with fries. Yummy and third time shared zucchini fries and had the famous burger salad, Eastchester burger on salad with vingarette. “I came to the Sandwich Spot after my best bud recommended it to me. He said, “you gotta try the cheese steak they make,” so I went and got the cheese steak they make with a side of red potato salad. The verdict? Hot dang! I haven’t had such a fresh tasting, flavorful, not so greasy, nice and cheesy steak sandwich in quite some time! The quality of the meat and the bread’s freshness really stand out and the cheese, onion and multi color pepper toppings were perfectly balanced. Good customer service and I received my food fairly quickly.You don't need McDonald's when you have Sid’s. I do recommend trying their brownies as a finisher. I will return for more awesome food.“

“The location is attached to the end of a craft beer market. Little hard to find. Have to continue walking past it outside and there's a door on the side. They do serve food however I didn't try any. I sampled the house lagers, IPA's and Stouts. Their main stout is absolutely phenomenal. The IPA's left a little to be desired for me. I like my IPA's with more of a hoppy bite at the end. The Lager was incredibly smooth and would be a great all day tailgating beer. Bar managers were very insightful about the products they had. Would recommend.“
“My wife and I went out to lunch today in Locust Valley, NY. Last July, the LVI Bistro changed owners. Marcel has owned the restaurant for over 40 years. They had an excellent reputation and their food and serve was always high quality. This was our first visit since the change and we found it was quite good. We sat down in the bar room and was greeted by the new manager, Andrea. He was very nice and gave us their new menus. Everything looked great from the appetizers to the entrees to the desserts. My wife wanted something light, so she ordered a Cesar salad with grilled chicken strips. I ordered a hamburger with fries. Rita, a waitress from the previous owner, chatted with us about the change and was very positive. There is a new chef, who prepares the food and has a quick turnaround. Both our meals were delicious and were served hot. We talked with the manager and he told us they were going to decorate and renovate the formal dining, the upstairs dining area and the bar room area. We were excited that this local restaurant was getting some loving care from the new owners.We enjoyed our lunch time and enjoyed our experience at the LVI Bistro. When we asked for the check, Andrea brought a dish of tiramisu with two spoons. He told us the desserts were all homemade. It was excellent and was a great way to end our meal.This is a new LVI Bistro and they made a great first impression on both of us. If you're in the Locust Valley area please make some time and try the new LVI Bistro. The service, the food and the atmosphere is great for a meal with two or ten people. Everything was hot and fresh which has never happened for me :) they have great vegan options and the staff acknowledges what is vegan and what isn’t. They have d*** rules for which bun you’re allowed to get with the fried chicken patty and they wont let you add bacon for no good reason. “My daughter was married last weekend in the New Rochelle area and we needed breakfast for the wedding party as they were getting ready at an area hotel. I needed two separate orders -- one for the groom and groomsmen and one for the bride and bridesmaids, probably 30 people in total.I talked with the owner and manager several times to explain what I wanted and they were lovely to work with. I needed to change the delivery time to earlier and the were happy to honor my request. Little things we asked to add -- cream cheeses on the side and not on the bagels -- not a problem.When the food came it exceeded my expectations! Firstly everything was so fresh and delicious. All the food was arranged beautifully and was abundant. Gorgeous fresh fruit salads, amazing egg sandwiches, pastries and danishes and full coffee set up with cups, sugars, creamers etc., They sent napkins, plates, silverware -- they thought of everything we might possibly need.Everyone raved about the food and there were very few leftovers as it was hard to resist going back for more.Thank you so much for helping our big day to run so smoothly and for being such a lovely business to work with! “So I was craving a REAL BURGER... I wanted to try something different. The ONLY thing I didn't like was the burgers are served on a huge toasted kaiser roll. It felt a bit uncomfortable since I'm married to a black man & everyone in there was predominantly Caucasian, but they stared at us & I couldn't make out some whispers & comments by customers. 2 female waitresses and almost every table was taken, but the servers were clearly in over their heads. They have a bar, but no one can make a daiquiri, kamikaze, mudslide or any other type of fancy drinks I love. After placing our orders we received my food which was lacking the additional topping I paid extra for. $2.00 Cheese $2.00 Onions & $2.00 for mushrooms. Then I gave it redone and my onion strings were delicious, the burger was tasty, but I only had 2 bites. And then they packed my food to go, which I asked them to just bring me a box. And I guess the waitress wasn't thinking once again, Because now I left out of the restaurant with a piece of a bit Burger. The other half of the Burger was thrown out and then my onion stroils was thrown out also so I was really upset when I got home and I wanted to finish my food and there was nothing in there. I did call I spoke to a waitress. She knew who I was, and she told me to come back in and that she would fix it. But they're literally an hour away from where I live so I think it's a done issue!!“

“White their prices are very hard to swallow, I appreciate the vegan options. This is the only place in the area we can get Impossible burgers and nuggets, so we will continue returning for that reason. The brussels sprouts are to die for. Fries, sweet potato fries, and onion rings are all great as well. Try the aioli!“
