Taco Bell is always busy, with a wait time of over 10 minutes, but who can complain about that! The staff is friendly and accommodating. The food is sometimes thrown together and falls out of the wrappers, which can be disappointing. However, some visits are great, with polite and knowledgeable employees. One customer even had a negative experience with a young male employee who couldn't ring up customers at the register. The quality of the food varies, with some items lacking meat and the sour cream having a yogurt taste. Maybe it was just a bad day at Taco Bell.
