“Their staff: top notch. Atmosphere: gorgeous, fun and welcoming. Food: consistently delicious, take out OR dine-in. Drinks: For truly authentic margaritas, your favorites and more you can never go wrong. The best part about this place is their obvious commitment to excellence, and dedication to their customers' experience. My favorite part: They have so many gluten, dairy free and vegan options. For authentic and absurdly delicious Mexican fare, this alone truly sets them apart. And their options continue to expand! I have a problem with tolerating a lot of unusual ingredients and they even go out of their way to omit garlic and onion in my dishes. (You can imagine the extra burden on the restaurant and my simple ask of the possibility led to them always going out to their way to make sure my orders are gluten, dairy, onion and garlic free (and still just fricking amazing, 2 extra meals in leftovers). Their social media director (?) Is brilliant, and all their events, social engagement are impressive and I'm just thrilled to have this gem of an establishment here to patronize.”

I got a teriyaki salmon bento box for $15 (could pick vegetable, chicken or beef)Came with choice of soup, salad, three pieces of shumai, four pieces of California roll, and white rice. “My partner and I love coming here, it has the perfect small town diner atmosphere. I order oatmeal with berries every time and it's always fantastic. The staff is wonderful and the area is gorgeous. Do yourself a favor and take a Saturday morning drive out to the window box and grab yourself a good breakfast.”

“Just this evening, I ordered take out from the wrong location. I called Stuyvesant plaza instead of Slingerlands. When I called Stuyvesant about the mistake the manager said, “ No problem”. What’s your address ? I will drive it out to you. Within a 1/2 hour this awesome guy Justin pulled into my driveway with all our food. Hot food and cold salad !! Thank you. Way to go!!”

“Our first dining experience at Coray was perfect! Friendly welcoming staff. Lovely atmosphere with beautiful artwork! Excellent menu and delicious food. We enjoyed the lobster pasta and the lamb meatballs! Both delightfully delicious! Topped it off with homemade ice cream! Definitely going back for more!”

“I recently visited with my brother and ordered a chopped cheese, and I have to say, the experience was fantastic! The staff (Sal) showed so much hospitality and made me feel welcomed. As for the food—absolutely A1! The chopped cheese was perfectly seasoned and fresh, and every bite was delicious.
