“Their staff: top notch. Atmosphere: gorgeous, fun and welcoming. Food: consistently delicious, take out OR dine-in. Drinks: For truly authentic margaritas, your favorites and more you can never go wrong. The best part about this place is their obvious commitment to excellence, and dedication to their customers' experience. My favorite part: They have so many gluten, dairy free and vegan options. For authentic and absurdly delicious Mexican fare, this alone truly sets them apart. And their options continue to expand! I have a problem with tolerating a lot of unusual ingredients and they even go out of their way to omit garlic and onion in my dishes. (You can imagine the extra burden on the restaurant and my simple ask of the possibility led to them always going out to their way to make sure my orders are gluten, dairy, onion and garlic free (and still just fricking amazing, 2 extra meals in leftovers). Their social media director (?) Is brilliant, and all their events, social engagement are impressive and I'm just thrilled to have this gem of an establishment here to patronize.”

“Have ordered take-out many times and had several of the menu items. Food tastes great. Can ask for mild when ordering the dishes labeled spicy and they come mild - the kitchen staff does what you ask. When they are busy, the counter staff start to move fast and can be a bit curt. I don't take offense. They are busy because the food is excellent. As for atmosphere, the decor could use a little sprucing-up.”

“My coworkers and got dinner from Dominick’s tonight and wow was it good!!!! We had sausage and peppers, chicken Marsala and an anti pasta. Everything was fantastic. The sauce was perfect. We will definitely go back!!! Thanks from ACSO dispatch!!!!”

“Just this evening, I ordered take out from the wrong location. I called Stuyvesant plaza instead of Slingerlands. When I called Stuyvesant about the mistake the manager said, “ No problem”. What’s your address ? I will drive it out to you. Within a 1/2 hour this awesome guy Justin pulled into my driveway with all our food. Hot food and cold salad !! Thank you. Way to go!!”

“Went here tonight for dinner! We were seated quickly and immediately were served water, a kettle of hot tea, and wonton chips with duck sauce and mustard. They took our drink order and food order quickly and everything came out so fast!! And it was delicious food. The service was incredibly friendly and efficient. I had an app, an entree and a dessert for a reasonable price! I will definitely be going back!”

“I recently tried Cheesecake Machismo for the first time and OH MY GOODNESS! By far the best cheesecake I have ever had and I consider myself a cheesecake snob. My family tried: Ube, Hot Cousin-Peach Cobbler, Butter Rum Apple, Caramel Toffee, Cherry Amaretto, and Strawberry. My favorites were Caramel Toffee and Cherry Amaretto and my husband loved the Hot Cousin and Cherry Amaretto! An absolute must try!”

“We had a group of 8 for brunch for my mother’s birthday and our server today was William. He was attentive, had great energy, and made fabulous suggestions for drinks. I will ask for him next time we come and if you’re able to request a server, request him. They were also very kind to put the football game on the tv. The food was great as always. I went to their site and Mark gave me a thorough review on the machine that caught my eye (Rancilio Silvia Pro X). “My favorite place in the area, as the food is always fresh and delicious! The portions are huge and Sal and his staff are amazing; he can come up with anything even if it’s not listed on the menu. They get busy with lunch rush from the hospital and still manage to get everyone in and out. I highly recommend their spicy falafel gyro! My daughter loves their chopped salmon and her best friend is obsessed with the chopped cheese sandwiches. It gives NYC deli vibes. I come here for lunch every week and have yet to leave unsatisfied. They have vegan options as well and there is something for everyone here.”
