“Tidewater is the GOAT of genuine local great bars!!! Todd and the staff are absolutely top-notch. We had such a good time there while visiting the area, we went back the next night! The wings live up to the hype, and the hot dogs are as great as their menu names. “The short rib pizza is a delight for your taste buds! I've never had anything like it! The Panini's are tremendous, and their fries are nice and crispy! Can't wait till they put the fireplace on in the winter. I I was surprised that it wasn't crowded, but I am realizing that I don't think everyone knows about this place. If you haven't been there, then you have to go! Staff is friendly and accommodating. Great place for adults, kids, and families.“
“I cannot praise this restaurant and the staff enough. My boyfriend and I had the most incredible night here, EVER! We were so lucky to find this place last minute.The decor is beautiful, from the bar, the dining room, to the smoking lounge. The manager/bartender/server for the night, Dylan, went above and beyond to give us a great experience. Our waitress was friendly and polite, we were even lucky enough to meet the head chef and sous. We also met the wonderful Jazz couple that performed the night we went. We stayed here for *hours*. No exaggeration!FANTASTIC FOOD AND DRINKS!! And for someone who eats at a lot of places, the pricing for everything was more than reasonable, especially for the quality. I still tell the story of my visit here, and i’m going to for years to come. I am so excited to go back with my friends and family. “I can’t believe I drove past this place for years. Finally stopped in for dinner with my husband and we loved it so much we came back a week later. It feels local and yet classy. The staff is great, and the food comes out quick, even with a full dining room. Nepolean style pizza is delicious, pasta and gelato from scratch are a must. We are definitely adding this to our rotation of regular spots. Great food for reasonable prices is hard to find out here and they nailed it.“

“K Pasa is my new favorite restaurant. I first tried this place over a month ago and have been counting down the days to come back. I just moved back to my hometown of Southampton and recently discovered this place so I'm not sure how long it's been around. I'm usually a solo diner so I opt to sit at the bar. I love going on Mondays because they have "meatless Mondays." I'm far from being a vegetarian but being dairy-free, I eat like a vegan A LOT and these options are so great (make sure to check that these options are vegan and not just vegetarian if that's what your preference is). The guacamole is amazing too, I was hesitant to order because the menu mentions dill as an ingredient and I'm not a fan, but I didn't notice it at all. With all of that being said, the real star of the show are the steak tacos. I've never had a taco so delicious in my life. I could really eat these every day for the rest of my life. I've always ordered some to go so I can enjoy K Pasa more than once a week (haha). Service is also great, I didn't get the bartenders name but she has served me both times and she is so attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. My only complaint (if I must have one at all) is that I wish that the water glasses were larger, but I'll survive. Looking forward to my next visit, and also bringing friends and family in the future. 100/10.“
“What an adorable spot! The servers were very kind to allow us outside seating and turned the lights on for us. Our server was super helpful and cheery and enjoyed the night with us. The seafood penne a la vodka had plenty of lobster in it and they were kind enough to oblige our request for a different sauce for the steak. The merengue key lime was also delish! I’m surprised this place doesn’t have more reviews, such a nice gem in Hampton Bays!“

“I have chased authentic Irish eateries from Manhattan to Montauk. For eastern suffolk this feel is pretty authentic. Food is good and closest your get to authentic that far east. Service could be better. I've been there early with no rush and when they are busy and service is just slow and forgetful. I'd recommend mgmt consider bringing sessions to the environment.“

“I moved the mattituck in 1968,& the bar was a great place to get a drink. The people were always nice. I use to help put bottles away& then they took care of me with a drink.Never had a problem.Parking: Great parking lot on street & in back“

From planning the party with Elyse to actually having the party with Yvonne and her staff, they are all excellent. Very thorough and accommodating. “Love this place when everything in sag is feeling way too pretentious. Probably the most down to earth restaurant in town (aside from buddha berry of course).Food wise. I love the asparagus but wasnt a fan of the blackened tuna special nor the thresher shark special that they had. I like that they are always changing the specials menu though.
