“Was served by the kindest young lady today. Best customer service I’ve had in a while. My daughter has a gluten allergy and the girl made her feel so accommodated listing off so many flavors for her to try. She wasn’t talking to me she was talking directly to my daughter which made her feel heard and like a “big girl”. The entire ride home she wouldn’t stop talking about her new friend who works at the ice cream shop and how she’s excited to go back. Thank you for the delicious ice cream and for making my daughters day.“
“I love that they are open year round. you want ice cream or an ice cream cake, you can go get some. doesn't have to be sunny and warm, pick a day and you can go. I'm a long term customer that has been going since I was very small. Love the variety of ice cream, even other types of frozen desserts. Go check them out“
“I've been hearing about this place for months and it did not disappoint me one bit! I got a Princess Plate. Everything was delish, but of note, the home fries were grilled well and tasty, and the onion rings were among the tastiest I ever had. The meat hot sauce is typical but nothing wrong with that! And the cheeseburgers were great. I advise you though that for a buck or two more just get a full plate and take some home if you have to.The atmosphere of this joint is fantastic,and service is A+ very friendly. Be nice to the staff! They kick butt.“

“Abbott's has the best frozen custard in the US (I have only left the country to visit Niagara Falls but never ate any custard). Their pineapple pistachio flavor is out of this World! They have a great selection of flavors everyday. They also sell pints of ice cream. If you don't feel like going into the store, stop by the Latta Rd Abbott's across from Wegman's Long Pond and Latta.“
“Delicious homemade frozen custard. We had large servings for our single scoop cones. Nice variety of flavors to choose from which a couple changing daily. We had prompt friendly service. Samples available to taste first. Pints, cakes and other frozen novelties available. Drive thru window at this location. Milk shakes, sundaes, and a variety of toppings are on the menu too. Restaurant was cleaned. Large parking lot in front, picnic tables outside and a few tables inside for seating. Order at counter.“
“Nothing I can say that hasn't already been said, this is the go-to ice cream place. The service is generally great, and the line moves quickly enough so that you're not stuck for long periods of time. The seating is pretty good at this location (although you can't stay to eat because of Covid), and I especially enjoy the porch-like view that the main outside tables give. And of course, the ice cream selection is phenomenal and always keeps me coming back to try new flavors, with the topping selection being pretty good as well. Overall, I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at an Abbott's establishment and I'll be coming back for more regularly.“
“The only reason I didn't give it all 5 stars was because it was FILLED with students from Olympia who were rude and obnoxious. They need a "no loitering" policy and someone to actually enforce it.It was completely ridiculous - kids swearing loudly, fighting each other near the gas pumps, jumping in front of moving cars and then laughing about it, belligerently pushing past (paying) customers, and basically just in everyone's way that was trying to pump gas or make a purchase inside.Essentially, avoid that place between 2:00- 3:00 at all costs. Other than that, nice place.“
