“Was served by the kindest young lady today. Best customer service I’ve had in a while. My daughter has a gluten allergy and the girl made her feel so accommodated listing off so many flavors for her to try. She wasn’t talking to me she was talking directly to my daughter which made her feel heard and like a “big girl”. The entire ride home she wouldn’t stop talking about her new friend who works at the ice cream shop and how she’s excited to go back. Thank you for the delicious ice cream and for making my daughters day.“
“An amazing lunch on a cold winter day! The potato is huge, and the toppings are generous. I got the Cowboy potato (without meat), and it was so good! Tasty and filling. I only managed to eat half and look forward to eating the rest later. Customer service was friendly and fast. And the delicious smells coming from inside the shack need to be made into a candle :-) ! “Roc City Sammich brought a food truck to the port beach for my rehearsal lunch/welcome party before my wedding. I booked them because the manager Joe was sooo friendly, responsive, and helpful right from the first communication. The food was awesome and we got nothing but compliments the entire time. Their staff was quick and organized and everything ran smoothly. They weren’t expecting tips from any of our guests which was unexpectedly generous but they absolutely deserved them. Highly recommend working with Joe and his team if you want a delicious and easy crowd-pleasing event!“
