“Ordered fried red snapper, pickliz, black rice and banana. It hit the spot. Snapper (which was served whole) was fried perfectly, rice was flavorful and pickliz was delicious. Service was good. Would definitely return and recommend ??Parking: Street parking available.Wheelchair accessibility: On ground floor.“
“This place has it all, I love the fried wings with tostones, that's what we call it. This place is buffet style by weight. They always have a variety of rice, meats in different styles, soup, legume, I love the legume (I'm prob spelling that wrong) to top it all off don't forget to ask for a hot cabbage, so good. Oh btw this is a Haitian Restaurant, been coming here for at least 10 years. And no I'm not Haitian, but I love to experience culture thru food, therefore I like to explore and venture.. Sac Pasé!“
“Best Fritayy ever, this restaurant has good food. If you order a fritay, it’s light on the grease everything is cooked to perfection to crispiness. Everything is tasty beautiful flavor best Haitian restaurant in Rockland county. I would add a photo of my food, but I just ate it all “
“Good spot. This place might not be everyone's cup of tea. However, if you want to get the Haitian food fix, this is your place. It is buffet style by weight. It gets a little confusing for new customers, since there is nothing written and the guy working there has limited understanding of English and knowledge. I did enjoy the fried meatball with rice. Will come back when I crave some Haitian food.“
“Been going here since day one when they opened. Haven't regretted it yet. But......today (9/13/2018) WHAT HAPPENED TO THE LEGUME??? It DOES NOT taste the same?. But still I love this place. No AC...hot AF. Who wants to sit and sweat while eating??? It's time they update and get some AC instead of fans blowing all the hot air around. He fact that its dimly lit is not my thing either. Sit in the dark and sweat while u eat..lol. gave the "service" a one because they don't do anything, u get your food and drink yourself.“
“You name it, they have it! Look no further than Guy’s Spot for the BEST and most authentically delicious Haitian food served by friendly front staff and owned by a man who truly values people and his community . I’m from Boston and tmy trips to New York, HAVE to include a stop at Guy’s Spot! You won’t regret it.“
