“This review is late but nonetheless is needed because the food was phenomenal! I ordered fried turkey wings with black rice and salad. The turkey wings were seasoned to perfection and tender. If know anything about Haitian black rice, you know it's addictive because it's so tasty. While waiting for my food, I met the owner, who was very hospitable. Overall, customer service and the quality of the food was superb. I look forward to my next visit.“

“I'm fully convinced that Le Bon Pain has the best Haitian bread and patties in NY hands down. I can easily devour an entire soft but chewy long bread. The fish patties are my go to but I decided to try the oxtail patty as well. It was fire! So delicious. My only request is to please put more meat in the patties!!! Service was prompt and everything was fresh late morning. I highly recommend visiting.“

BelleFourchetter restaurant Haitian •

“I stumbled upon this restaurant while in New York for a family event, and despite the scant reviews, I decided to give it a shot. The wasn't a visible menu, but rather I could see the dishes through a glass divider. This added an element of intrigue to the dining experience. I opted for a variety of items, and to my delight, every single dish exceeded my expectations. The food wasn't overpoweringly seasoned, allowing the natural flavors to shine through. The portions size were incredibly generous, offering great value for the money. What truly impressed me was how authenticity Haitian the food tasted. It felt like a genuine taste of Haiti right in the heart of Queens. This authenticity is rare to find, and it made my experience all the more memorable. I was thoroughly impressed and will undoubtedly return. The food here is nothing short of wonderful, and it's a hidden gem worth discovering.“

“I wanted to have Haitian food catered at my wedding and Jeanette here at Brasserie Creole took such wonderful care of me and my family! We ordered Du Riz Djon Djon and the Grillot at my cocktail hour and it was an absolute HIT. The food was DELICIOUS and the service here was incredible. We had about 200 guests and the amount they prepared was PERFECT. We were told the Haitian food was the best food at the wedding! Thank you so much for the incredible service, timely delivery and responses, and of course the food! I cannot wait to eat here again very soon!!“

The pikliz with the fish is a winner!!Customer service is great. They were so pleasant and welcoming. “The food is actually good. But they should clean it up in there. The Facebook page a has a bunch of random pictures and videos of other businesses and I would say that is because they do not take care to make this place look nice. Why not? You’d get more business and trust from your patrons that the food is cleanly prepared back there. The griot i had wasn’t cooked and fries enough. Griot should be dark and fried and white and taste like raw meat. I didn’t like that but the black rice was A1(very good). The ladies could smile and be nicer but that’s not all of them. Some of them are really nice. It’s also too dark in there. For the love of God turn on some lights and Konpa music.“
