“I'm a regular here and it's always a pleasant experience. It's one of two locations that I frequent most and since I'm traveling throughout the day and night depending on the day of
Week I know I can depend on them to be open and prepared to serve! Every one of the employees are friendly, kind and considerate working quickly and efficiently in a timely fashion** plus side**it's always nice to be greeted by a smiling face ..a hard working employee who actually puts effort into the job aiming to please the customer not always the case at
Other locations or in general . My only complaint here: the surroundings the environment is run down and looks dirty ...hardly appealing to new residents or potential customers coming thru the neighborhood would be easily turned off by the way the atmosphere is kept and the lack of nicely kept landscaping - esthetically investing in A major overhaul and some system of cleanliness of the drive thru area would be extremely helpful and ideal. If you go elsewhere you find this to be less an issue. Thank you to all the staff members who do the job well and have been apart of my day in a big way...a friendly hello, and getting my order right is not a lot

“I always go to this location when I’m on Staten Island. Although I live in Chicago and visit once a month they always remember me. The manager somehow remembers my order from month to month!The line is three or four at most and moved along fairly quickly.The customer service is excellent!“

“This morning, my wife stopped by to get donuts for our class since it was the last day of classes. The staff was busy since everyone wanted coffee, donuts, and their morning drink. But the staff did a great job to get my wife, her donuts, and everyone else their stuff.

“I go to this dunkin donuts every morning, being that it's small the workers are nice, they try to get you out of there as fast as they can, but above all it's a great place to get ur coffee. One thing is you gotta get there as early as possible, before all the nurses an police an construction workers, otherwise your gonna b waiting long. I still rate it a 10.“

“I was normally going to a different Dunkin' location, but I came to this nearby location when the other location refused to honor a teacher appreciation day promotion. I plan to make this my new go-to location. The staff at this location are so friendly and the coffee was well made. Also love that they support educators and promote good customer relations. “Most of the employees are awesome. Especially the ones who have been there awhile. This new Sunday crew stinks. 2 Sundays in a row they messed up my snackin bacon. They give some regular bland ass bacon and when you try and tell them they look at you like you have 3 heads“

“Definitely one of the best Dunkin on the island. The manager is very nice and friendly. And her customer service is excellent. Look like the staff doing a great job too. The Dunkin is very clean as well. The Donuts are well presented. Dunkin located in a quiet area ( church right in front of the shop ) day and night compare to few months ago. Highly recommend !

“Get coffee from this location every weekend and they never fail to make a bad coffee. I order through the app and my order is always ready within 2 minutes. Once in a blue moon I have had to wait longer than 5 min when the store was busy but that’s understandable.“

“The workers at this Dunkin’ are life savers. We had an issues with a mobile order, where I accidentally placed an order instead of reviewing it. Unfortunately, the order was incorrect and I had ordered 4x Lattes instead of two. For whatever reason, you are unable to cancel a mobile order placed on the Dunkin’ app, so I had to call customer support. After a bunch of back and forth over the span of half an hour, we ended up nowhere as the customer representatives said that they were unable to cancel the order.Thankfully, the in-store worker came in clutch and offered to replace the 2x extra Lattes with a different item. He allowed us to get half a dozen donuts instead for our troubles.Thank you to the incredible worker at this location :D“

“Warm Days! Hot Nights!Dunkin Donuts, especially 24-hour ones, is my Go-To when I crave an Iced Matcha Latte with a pump or two of Irish Creme!!The service is Pleasantly welcoming.. “best dunkin donuts on the island literally the only dunkin donuts within a 10 mile radius that doesn't just give you regular bacon when you order snacking bacon it actually has all the good tasty stuff they are supposed to put on them. The morning shift are some of the nicest and most accommodating people. Always come here even tho there's a dunkin 3 mins away from me I drive 15 mins to this one. Drive-thru can be a little bit busy in the early morning hours. But the line moves so fast it's not even worth parking and going inside they move like lightning“

The staff was friendly, but I did get charged for tapwater with ice. I enjoyed my bagel. This Dunkin’ Donuts was located within an outdoor strip mall with plenty of parking.“

“A smaller Dunkin' Donuts without a bathroom. I've been happy with the service here and the manager is very friendly with a lovely smile. Parking can be tough; watch for the very narrow spaces--it's easy to get dents and dings from other cars. Not the most attractive shopping center with a small C-Town supermarket.“
