“I enjoyed all the food we ordered! Three different dishes ... sushi which was served toward the end of the dinner .. I think they forgot to make it!! We had chicken chow fun ... shrimp with a cream sauce along side of fried white meat chicken ... another dish with chicken, beef and shrimp in a brown sauce and white rice. “We were very pleased with the quality of the food. I had a 'blend' which were Eel Sushi Appetizer. Following with Spicy Eggplant Tofu and Sautéed sting beans with beef. “Always drove by it and saw advertising in our local Clipper but never jumped in until a few days ago. Three Asians cuisine, Chinese, Japanese and Thai. Had dinner with my family, my daughter ordered shrimp fried rice, my wife had Mei fun noodles while I ordered the yellow curry tofu. We all also shared sushi rolls, sashimi and hand rolled sushi. My curry dish was amazing just as good as if I had it at a Thai only restaurant. My daughter said the best fried rice she’s had and the same with my wife’s noodle dish. Plenty of different dishes to choose from specially if your family can agree on a cuisine. The service was great and attentive and the atmosphere was nice and mellow.Vegetarian options: Tofu or just veggies can be substituted.“

Will cool down with Lobster Mango Avacado Orange Fruit salad Followed by a Yellowtail jalapeño Mango roll and Salmon Sweet Shrimp roll. This was presented well and tasted better. “This place was amazingly fun. The only negative was the wait. We had 6pm Reservations, but did not get seated till an hour later. Due to prior guest arriving late. They made up for it with two rounds of free drinks, and a few free apps. Once we got seated, the chefs were super fun and the food was good. Will definitely be back.“

“This was my first time dining in at the Iron Chef location in Central Valley. I was happy to see that this location was aesthetically much nicer than their sister location in Newburgh. The hibachi service and the food were good. The lady who was tending to our table did forget the bar drink that we ordered as well as our hibachi table mates, so that was the only negative take away really. Overall, a good experience and will likely be coming back.“
