“Not my first review of this fabulous restaurant and it won’t be my last! Pico de Gallo was my first choice for my birthday dinner and it never disappoints! Perfect margarita and guacamole with house made crisp chips. Dinner was vegetable enchiladas filled with broccoli, mushrooms, carrots and cauliflower floret. This dish was topped with melted cheese, fresh cotillo cheese and house made tomatillo sauce. The sauce was sweet with a bit of a kick! All served by accommodating, friendly staff. Thanks for making my birthday “muy magnifico “!”

“Super stylish and elegant SoHo-worthy dining room in tiny Kinderhook, NY. Sort of Asian fusion cooking, very fresh vegetables and imaginative small plates to share. Cauliflower was a favorite, Jasmine rice too. Can get noisy as the night wears on!”

“My husband and I got married here on NYE 12/31/2023 and stayed on site with our family and friends for the weekend. We had an amazing experience during our stay and an even better experience with the Wedding! It is such a unique space with even better service. Henrietta has an amazing eye for decoration and is extremely organized and easy to work with. The food is incredible...actually incredible...and they were flexible with our guests accommodations. We would recommend this space to anyone looking for a truly unique and wonderful event experience. Thanks again Henrietta & Matt!!”

“We just ordered for the first time today… our order accidentally got messed up and the owner realized it and called us after it was delivered and they delivered the entire correct order without us even having to ask… he insisted they make it right! Great customer service and obviously the pizza was really great too!! Definitely recommend :)”

“I love this cafe’s lighting and drinks. I enjoy the food but a personal take, I wish they would make the whole menu gluten free since it looks like they would only have to switch to an alternative bread and granola to do so. Their mocha donuts are delicious.”

“Nice atmosphere with friendly staff. Got a beer flight, house made hummus and the smokey grilled cheese. The grilled cheese had ham and mustard and was perfectly paired with smoked scamorza cheese on sourdough.”

“My pictures don’t do the justice they should. This was a fantastic meal. Local 111 has a small menu and everything is a winner. My wife and I shared the chicories salad and the croquetas. Then I had the fish of the day, which was trout, and she had the chicken which our waiter, Mariusz, said was his favorite. We are definitely coming back here!”

Our waiter customized a sandwich on the menu to accommodate my spicy food preference and it was so good! It will be what i order every time i go back! “Upper Depot hosted an informal get together for graduates of Claverack Elementary School this past Friday. The food, drinks, and staff were all awesome. I wouldn't hesitate to hold an event at this facility in the future, or just have a beer or drink (and some food) after a long day. Thank you, thank you, thank you.”

“I always enjoy my food when I order from here! Always a great experience with Maria and Nikki! Always so nice and accommodating, I served tables for 10 + years at a lot of high end restaurants and they are an awesome example of how service should be, However everytime I order something on Sunday evenings the blonde girl and the brunette girl that work there both have terrible attitudes like they both absolutely hate their jobs, I never see either one of them smile , or take any kind of personal approach to their customers at all, which in my opinion as a someone who worked as a server for so long might result in less tips or even a negative vibe between the server and their table… last night I ordered 2 orders of French fries and asked for some plastic silver wear , the brunette girl looked at me and said! “I guess but I don’t really see why” … maybe because I’m a regular paying customer .. but maybe that’s just me… and another time I placed an order with one of the girls , and asked for my total, and had me wait on the phone for over 5 mins for my total while she stopped and ran her food… something that takes 30 secs took 5 mins…in my personal opinion as a server those two ladies show a big lack of professionalism, I do not recommend Sunday nights when these two girls work! But I absolutely love this place when it’s any other day of the week”

If you are a fan of motorcycles, coffee,good food, and bench racing check them out. We really enjoyed our time there and got to meet Ian and had a great chat with him. We will be back!!”

“This review is long overdue. Bar Bene is our favorite spot to come to when we are in Hudson. They have a beautiful backyard firepit and a great wine/charcuterie menu, which combined make the perfect relaxing evening. The owner and employees are all so friendly and warm. What a fabulous place!”

“We had a most extraordinary Sunday brunch at The Maker Cafe yesterday. We were there by chance, around 1 pm, and are so glad we found this lovely spot with a most attentive staff. We're not spring chickens, and we much appreciated the help getting seated, the delicious butternut squash soup, the fabulous eggplant alla parmgiana sandwich, the broccoli salad. Thanks to you all - we loved it, and we look forward to coming to the restaurant some evening soon.”
