“This is the Burger King you should go to in Syracuse. The staff is friendly; probably one of the best teams I’ve seen at a BK franchise. They are also very clean. This is the type of Burger King I’m sure corporate sends teams to learn from.“

“Ate at this new location for the first time today on my way to shop at Trader Joe's. I ordered a small Whopper meal. The small fries were unusually small, but warm and fresh. The Whopper was as ordered, no tomato, extra pickles. The burger was fine. However, I still believe the best location to eat a Whopper in Syracuse is across the street from Wegmans Fairmount.“

I love there Oreo milkshakes if you have never got one you should definitely try it. “Not much bad to say about this location, yes it is in a not so great area, but that doesn't affect the service here. I normally go for breakfast and am always taken care of and food is done rather quick, maybe a couple extra minute wait but the food is always warm and fresh and well worth the wait. The staff greets and when they don't it doesn't bother as they are still fast and friendly“

“This place always has great service. I mistakenly told the person in register that I only wanted mustard when I wanted to ADD mustard, and she called out to the line cooks to have it fixed in time. They always help out if I have an issue with my order!“
“The guy at the window (whose name I regret to say I can't remember - 6:30 on the morning of the eclipse, if management happens to read these) was a godsend. He helped me navigate a part of Syracuse I'm not particularly familiar with in addition to providing fast, friendly service. Lad deserves a BIG raise. ?“
“This place has gone down hill. 25 mind for the drive thru for them to get my whole order wrong. I ordered a large impossible whopper meal with no onion no tomatoes and I got a beef patty with onions and tomatoes ??♀️ now trying to get some one on the phone is impossible to do. The one in cicero is so much better than this one in mattydale.Vegetarian options: If they get it right is not to bad. But always check the patty!!“
“Always fresh ingredients and real beef.Who doesn't like a whopper or an original chicken sandwich. Buy two whopper jrs and pay only $5.00 buy anything and fill out the survey on the back of your receipt and get a free whopper with the purchase of a small soda and small fries or onion rings. Great promotions and decent food says this place is ok by me. Heck, you don't even have to get out of your car and you can even use an app if your just buried in your cell phone.“
“I don’t normally come here, but when I do, the kid at the drive thru at night has never been friendly. Today, we went inside to place our order and Dan (maybe a manager) was so kind, I just want to acknowledge him. I overheard him tell a new employee that her hard work has not gone unnoticed today and he thanked her. Wow is that rare! Kudos to Dan for being a great man!“
