“Okay, let me drop a bit of reality here....As far a Mall Food Court dining options go, Chicken Now is by far one of the better ones. I've eaten here a few times and although it takes a little longer to get your food than a majority of the other options, I'm good with that as they cook your chicken to order. Nothing sitting around. For me, that's key. So, if you're in a rush then perhaps you need to consider other options. But, if your willing to wait, then it's worth it.It's been my experiences that the chicken has always been crispy and juicy. I've not had a bad experience or a poor meal.Now, it's not the healthiest, but let's keep it real- it's fast food...it is what it is.My Son typically opts for one of the three ready to good "Asian" style option, but today - he became a convert and proclaimed Chicken Now his new favorite Chicken Tender restaurant.Check it out and tell me your thoughts.“
“Haven't been here in a while so I wanted to stop in for Sunday when they feature a dim sum menu. The service was very good and everyone was very friendly. I ordered 4 items. Shrimp balls, steamed pork dumplings, scallion pancake and Sticky rice and chicken. I had 2 very nice dishes, 1 okay and one not good to my liking at all. My favorite was the Sticky rice and chicken, the rice was a beautiful texture sticking together perfectly to eat with your hands with a little bit of chicken inside and has a lightly sweet flavor. I also enjoyed the shrimp balls, coated with panko(?) Very crisp and hot. The pork dumplings were okay... seemed like they were premade, maybe frozen and reheated?The scallion pancake just didn't seem right, I've had many in lots of other places, this was not flaky, it was all brown and very dry with almost no scallions.They made it right and took it off the bill, so all was good. They serve hot tea which is a big plus for me and I had several dipping sauces, which were great.“
“It's a great place for sur I will recommend it if you like chicken or sea food, it's all fried for sure. But you have to note that their service is not that fast ether. The atmosphere inside is boring but with the lights and the way they designed it it gives you the sensation of having a great time when you really are not“
“Chicken was tasty, but WAY too expensive, especially as they did not have a full selection. I ordered a Two Piece "a la carte" (just chicken) and asked for White Meat. The server informed me they didn't have any White Meat, just breasts (I wonder what she thought White Meat is) and also thighs. So I said a breast would be fine, but when I asked for a wing or a drumstick to go with it, she again said they had no White Meat, so I had to settle for Breast and a Thigh.Ok, so the two pieces, which came with two biscuits, and a small Coke came to $12 and change. Tasty, but too much money. I could have gone to my favorite expensuce Diner, got more food, and paid the same thing. Popeyes should have said, "I yam what I yam, but you're now in a jam." “It's crazy to me that after more than a year living in Syracuse and specifically seeking out the best food, it takes me this long to discover the best fried chicken in town. I just assumed it was a ghost kitchen on Uber Eats or something but nope, it's a huge chain I've managed to miss my entire life and it's hiding away at this convenience store on S Salina.The fried chicken is hands down better than KFC or Popeyes. If they made spicy chicken it would be no contest. We got an 8 piece and a small order of their breaded wings. We got the wings with Krispy's original sauce, which seemed to be a soured up fry sauce. The sauce didn't really add to the wings, but they really didn't need adding to. They were some of the meatiest, most tender, and of course most crispy breaded wings ever.They've got fried chicken style mac and cheese, if that's a thing. I vote it creamier and better tasting than its competitors. We also tried a small order of jambalaya. I have limited experience with jambalaya, but I know it's supposed to have flavor beyond the same hints of chicken broth and celery you'd find in stuffing. Not impressed with the taste, but it had plenty of meat and a really soft texture.I was crazy about the chicken, but I think my favorite part was the biscuits. Best I've had from anywhere. They're coated in a subtle sweet glaze and they've got the texture of a sour cream donut while eating like a biscuit.We saw menus online that showed fried fish and shrimp as well as mashed potatoes, but these weren't options here. I'm not sure why that is, I'd make another run just to try those things.Wicked excited to be in the loop about this huge chain with over 2200 locations.“
“My kid had a craving for the chicken sandwich, so I warned him ahead of time- with staffing shortages and supply chain issues everywhere there's virtually no fast food anymore. As we expected the staff seemed over-worked yet they were dealing with it so well through humor, friendly contests, etc. We loved sitting there just observing them. They were working very hard and the person that seemed to be in charge was especially friendly. 3 people running the drive-through, curb-side, counter, kitchen and dining room it was amazing. I ordered a 2 piece meal. The person that took our order, James according to the receipt, apologized in advance the chicken was still cooking and would take about 15 minutes. We sat down and were called to the counter 15-20 minutes later. Food was great. We had a wonderful time, definitely returning soon. Now for this Lord R fella who gave a bad review for the place being under-staffed- WHERE THE HECK HAVE YOU BEEN??? It would be more efficient in America for businesses that are NOT short staffed to post signs rather than all the helped wanted signs at about 4 out of every 5 businesses!!!! The Colonel sold off the restaurants in the sixties and died in the seventies when things were much different. But in all fairness he did hate what they did with his recipe after he gave it up so he was upset long before he actually died (“

“KFC is simply the best take out chicken available. Much like the Taco Bell Chicken Quesadilla there's something about the flavor that's addictive. I got chicken strips and gravy to dip them in. So good I make little noises as I eat. And the atmosphere? Perfect ! Me, my girlfriend & our dog on our most comfortable couch watching The Walking Dead. Life at its simple finest.“
“So delicious! My husband and daughter have been going weekly after dance class and love the chicken. I finally got to go today. The gentleman at the counter remembered my daughter and her order. He even remembered that she was supposed to convince me to visit the restaurant today. So, glad we did. the chicken was delicious. The fries were delicious. The seasoning is amazing. And I loved the coleslaw. The employees treated us and all the other customers so well. I can't wait to go back.“
