“This place is awesome. I was here around 5PM on a Saturday and it wasn't crowded at all. The bartender was amazing. He asked us what we liked and what we didn't like and made each of us our own individual cocktails. They were all great. Outstanding service. Outstanding selection of liquor - they have EVERYTHING - including Pappy. The ambiance was electric. Old school, leather couches, dimly lit, with a pool table around back. Just an awesome place to grab a drink or several. If you don't like crowds, I'd suggest going a little earlier in your night because I was told by the bartender and a couple that walked in that it can get very crowded later at night. What a great spot though - I'll def. be back.“
“Prume Steak House has been our must go to from the first year we were at the NYS Fire Chiefs Convention in Syracuse and we met with and chatted with Danny at the picnic table. When he asked us to wait and went in and got a table in a sold out venue, Danny made friends with the three of us for life.“
“We truly enjoyed our recent dinning experience. Everything we ordered was delicious, especially the home made Torchio and Rigatoni pasta. Our guests also loved their Halibut and Pork Chop dinners. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning for another awesome dinner.“
“Great ambience / decor. But bit loud if you’re sensitive to that. Service was prompt and friendly. Food is good but not great. Had special - Chilean sea bass - fish nicely cooked but sitting in pool of oil. Must have been from pesto like sauce? Got Brussels with balsamic and honey. Again, pretty good but very oily. Those two dishes and a draft beer came to $67. Not sure that’s worth it really. Seems like fun place for a group but for food alone won’t be a repeat for me.“
“Update: they reached out via response to this review as well as via phone call and have issued a refund. Changed from 1 to 4 stars.We eaten there before and had a good experience. However, this time we ordered take out. The fried chicken special that we ordered was entirely raw. When we called, they gave us push back, stating that there was a blood vein in the chicken. It was not, I can assure you. It was raw. We (kindly) asked for a refund subsequently hung up on. We attempted to call back a few times with the hopes that it was an accident, however they are now not answering our calls.So disappointed.“
“Always a great experience! My husband and I don't get out on as many dates as we would like to, but when we do get the chance we almost always choose Eden. Food and service is always wonderful. I'm pregnant, and they made me a delicious off the menu mocktail!“
