“This particular location seems to not have the recipes and cooking process down. The breading is often minimal or falling off and seldom crispy. Ordered their new nuggets and they were barely breaded. Additionally, I am not certain if this is a corporate change or unique to this location but their spices seem off and rather than that traditional KFC flavor, everything sort of tastes like pork breakfast sausage spices.“
“Some of the best chicken I've ever had. The prices are really great for the portion sizes and the quality. I can't help but keep coming back because I love it so much! My only issue has been with staff. Very often, if not every time, I have to wait for quite a while to ask for something because there's nobody at the front. The most recent time I went (2/20/24) also was incredibly unpleasant for me in terms of service. Not only did it take forever to ask for utensils because nobody was there, but the worker that did come out (I believe it was the worker as there was nobody else in the building at that moment) smelled very heavily of marijuana to the point of causing my asthma to act up and make me cough.“

“It was my 1st time there.I ordered 2 chicken thighs and onion rings. The rings were excellent. I was very pleased with 1 of the thighs, but the 2nd was larger and was very undercooked in the center. It was inedible because it was so bloody. There was a container of coleslaw that was included. I haven't tried that yet. I'm sure that it will be yummy. If the 2nd piece of chicken was cooked thoroughly I would have given 5 stars.“
