“100 out of 10! Excellent Food! I was looking for something fresh on a hot summer day and coming here was perfect. Friendly Atmosphere. Amazing Owner and Staff. Thank you so much for a top tier experience. We went on Friday afternoon and there was easy parking on the street. This is a must see place if you are passing through Troy or if you live in the area. The Agua Fresca was incredible, everything was Devine. This cafe also offers sliding scale pricing options! I don't know enough about it to explain it well, but it is based on your income. I could not be happier this spot is just over the river from us. I will definitely be back. =]“

“The Bubble Tea options at Gong Cha are stupendous! I have tried several flavors, throughout the past month, but I especially enjoy their strawberry milk tea -- so flavorful, and little chunks of strawberry. Personally, I find that double tapioca better aligns the rate of boba consumption with the rate of tea consumption, so that they both run out at the same time. While the cost per drink is more than I paid at my previous favorite bubble tea store, the quality here is worth the small increase in price.“
“Does Stacks Espresso Bar stack up? That is the question on my mind this morning as I try a large cup of their Ethiopian blend. I have it black with no sugar. The roast promises juicy hints of plum and raspberry, and while it doesn't quite hit the juicy mark, it definitely gets points for being fruity-delicious... I've since tried their cortado, espresso with an equal amount of milk to reduce acidity, and a large cup of their house blend drip coffee, black, no sugar. The cortado was on point, it was only my second time having one. It was very mellow and flavorful. The house blend is my new favorite, right here in downtown Troy, a 15 minute walk from my place. The blend is nutty and smooth, as advertised, and has a slow-sip-worthy bittersweet aftertaste, which I love...“
“I really love this place, the staff is so friendly! I haven’t had any food yet but the coffee, espresso drinks, iced teas and refreshers are super good. The staff is very receptive to specific order details, so I’ve never been unhappy with anything I’ve gotten there. In warm weather the iced green tea with a bit of fruit flavor can’t be beat“

They offer locally roasted coffee, from their sister company "Touchy Coffee", which is living on at another address nearby. In addition to their delicious weekend snacks, crafted by Zve, they offer great coffee and a comfortable space. From my understanding, Zve will be continuing his weekend sandwiches and bagels a the new spot. I wish I could come here again!“
