“Wow!! This place was everything I could've hoped for and more!! Absolutely incredible food, friendly service and a cozy atmosphere. (The second floor has great views of the river.) Venezuelan arepas and cachacas are a true delicacy, and not always easy to find, so to have a spot here in the 518 that's just killing it is a really wonderful thing. I went with my girlfriend and we tried several things: the yuca fries, pork empanadas, sweet and crispy cachacha and pork arepa. We literally inhaled it. The only pauses were to groan with delight. Oh Corn is absolutely amazing!!“

“I live in Yonkers, NY and came to visit a relative in Albany. We were looking for a place to eat and they recommended this place Moliendo Cafe to me. We have always liked Colombian comfort and why not try this place. As soon as we entered, they welcomed us and gave us the table. They brought us the menus, and the menu has many options. I recommend cheese or chicken empanadas and their sauces are very delicious since they come with the empanadas. I recommend shrimp with garlic, very rich seasoning, horse steak, pina coladas taste very delicious and are cheap 5.50 without alcohol. What we would recommend is to use glass glasses since the juices are served in transparent but plastic glasses and it does not look good, it does not give a good image because plastic is no longer used to serve drinks, so I recommend upgrading to glass. The piña colada if served in a glass glass looks much better. The attention is always there. I recommend.“
“Just a Great Place to Eat! I've been an Albany area resident all my life and never had dinner at Barcelona prior to now. We got lucky with no reservation and were seated right away. It's a very nice atmosphere, white tablecloths and sweet surroundings. Our server Anne was superb. The orders were for chicken, clams and mussels, and scallops. Each dinner was very tasty, done just right. The sauces were excellent, no need to expound further. I hope this wasn't a freak visit. When I return I want the experience to be the same.“
“Was starving for some Spanish food on a Friday night. I live in Schenectady but drove to troy to try Sabor Caribeno. I was greeted by a beautiful and friendly woman who made me feel welcomed. She also introduced me to the owner who was just as friendly, now to the food. The food was delicious and plentiful, I got the pepper steak and stewed chicken and I wasn't disappointed! This is my new SPOT...I don't mind the drive for GREAT food. We need more Spanish restaurants like this in the communities. 10 outta 10 for me ALL AROUND!!!!“
