“Very clean and well organized . Parking would be across from the restaurant wich is metered parking. Location is excellent for an outing with friends and family! Great service excellent food fast and courteous service ! Bar service from girls ???I recommend this place to others ? ? ?“
“The food was amazing. I had rigatoni with broccoli and shrimp. My friend had chicken parmesan. The portions are really substantial. We started with the meatball and fried mozzarella appetizers and were full by the time the entrées arrived. The waiter was informative and the staff was on top of their game. Very attentive. Most important, we ordered drinks, I had a gin and ginger with lime and I must tell you that the bartender was not stingy.. We had a good time and I'm definitely going back.“
“100% SOLD ALL. THE. TIME. This is my go-to spot when I want to have something a little special and the price point fits within my budget. No matter the dish, it always hits the spot and I'm always pleased that I'm paying for a dish that isn't outrageous compared to other restaurants in the area that are serving similar items. I also appreciate the service - everyone is friendly ans offers great suggestions. Specials are always worth visiting again and again. GO!!“
“AMAZING EXPERIENCEThe hostess and manager were kind enough to seat us despite a late arrival a few minutes after the kitchen was scheduled to close. This superior hospitality was our theme throughout the evening. The server ANFERNEE was prompt, professional, and polite while attending all of our needs. TEXAS-sized portions reminded us back home. Delicious food, tasty cocktails, and wonderful music made this a night to remember.Vegetarian options: The jerk cauliflower was spicy and delicious. The asparagus was roasted to perfection. The mashed potatoes were buttery, creamy goodness.“
“Fabulous! You could spend so much money in here and never feel unhappy about it. Totally vegan it's actually quite large with lots of places to sit and just plants everywhere. if I had more money, I would buy myself every single plant and item they have here. lovely food, lovely staff, highly recommend! please support your neighborhood, vegan place.“
“Food is delicious and great size portions. The service is excellent. Erdom and Aziz were so kind and helpful. The atmosphere is quiet and lovely. Very clean and bright. Went a week ago and returned a few days later because my 1st experience was so great. Marion“
“Having traveled all the way from Canada, our visit to this restaurant was truly extraordinary. The service stood out immediately, with our waitress providing insightful menu explanations and excellent recommendations for our group of four, which turned out to be spot on.The food itself was outstanding. From appetizers to main courses, each dish was bursting with flavor and spices that made every bite a delight. Eating with our hands added an extra layer of enjoyment, engaging all our senses in the experience. Even those in our group who weren't vegan were thoroughly impressed. The restaurant's cozy and welcoming atmosphere added to the overall charm. The local artwork on the walls and the vibrant colors created a warm and inviting ambiance. We'll definitely be returning to this hidden gem. The combination of excellent service, delicious food, and inviting atmosphere makes it a must-visit for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience. Highly recommended!“

“The service always exceeds our expectations. Iggly is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent. The ambiance is elegant, fun and comfortable. It's become our weekly spot to decompress from a busy work week.“
“In Venezuelan food they are the best, I have no doubt about that!! Excellent attention and service; It is an impeccable restaurant, the atmosphere is the best to go alone, as a couple, with friends or family. I would go as many times as I can!“
“A must visit for all my family and friends who come to visit me in NY. Pure essence of Harlem, spectacular atmosphere & impeccable service. Without a doubt, it should be in the NY guides. Thank you always for your availability. Gracias infinitas! ??“
“This is one of those special brunch spots in Washington Heights we absolutely love. Our team, along with some of my friends and I, have gone here so many times, and we're always so obsessed with the food that I forgot pictures. They always have amazing pizza. Today my friend I went for brunch and it was everything. I think they make the nest pancakes in NYC. If you come here and don't try the pancake, you're missing out. It's delicious. Buttery, crunchy on the outside but soft in the inside. Everyone loves it here. The lentil soup with a side of sourdough bread was perfect, hearty, and fulfilling. The kale salad is my favorite salad. It's delicious. My friend loved her avocado toast with eggs on top. They also made the best cappuccino and Chai lattes. This is a must if you're in the heights from brunch.“
“The food at Pizzeria La Rosa is simply the best. From the mozzarella to the rigatoni alla vodka to the pizza to the ITALIAN DOUGHNUTS (best in my opinion) - you will not be disappointed. They’re always trying new things and some truly wonderful specials. Matt and the entire team always make you feel at home. If you haven’t checked this place out, you’re truly missing out on the best.“
“Whether part of a group or on a solo visit, welcome is given. The staff are attentive, engaging, friendly and humorous. They truly make an effort to ensure that the customers return. The kitchen is tiny, yet the food is tasty.Dietary restrictions: When you share your dietary restrictions with the staff, they listen and advise which dishes are suitable. It is a relief to be heard and accommodated.“
“I'm going to start with yummy! Another fantastic restaurant in New York. Shared pear salad. omg loved so much that I tried to recreate when I got home. I absolutely loved this salad. Shared burrata as well, again, my goodness freaking delicious. For dinner, I had prime steak and mash, which was also very delicious and a fantastic price!!!“
“In terms of Pubs in the neighborhood by far one of the best, owner cares about the customers, great during lunch/ dinner hours, plenty of entertainment also, great for athletic teams to go to as there are plenty of booths to sit in available 10/10.“
“My sister, a bride to be, and three friends went to this restaurant this evening and enjoyed wonderful meals. Not only were the owner and service staff catches, so was the food! All 5 of us would like to come back soon; we feel as though we were guests in their house. Teşekkür ederim.“
“Food was good. The service was not. Our waitress did not smile much. She was playing with her cell phone when I approached to the service desk with computer and other billing stuff. She name starts with a C.I observed how she treated other customers, she was not warm nor smile either. I told myself, it was not me.“
“2024, the year someone, anyone finally got me to read fiction consistently for an extended period of time. Acknowledgements to @tenanaan for her forever reaching third eye into the souls of readers. She and the staff at @thelitbar always push the envelope to find word seekers' arrangements of pages that defy their norms and push their brains into a separate reality. This morning I completed this work by the great #VictorLavalle . I somewhat read this book out of order after having read #LoneWoman January 20-January 25. I initially had not selected this work out of a group of 7 that Tenaja gave me to choose from. I thought I had already seen this on #AppleTv+. I selected Lone Woman, loved that, only to discover that, in reality, the series I thought I saw was not #The Changeling , it was M. Night Shyamalan's: Servant. The Changeling is a pounding thriller that will keep you guessing incorrectly from beginning to end. It will capture your attention with a rolling villain in all aspects of this real life/scifi/real life saga. Who is the bad guy/bad girl? Who should be arrested, hung, or given the Presidential Medal of Freedom? The question is: Who will make it? Is making it even an option? What is a win? Does "Happily ever after exist? It's worth stopping at The Lit. Bar to visit, read, drink, buy books that typical book sellers aren't selling. There is nothing in the world like being introduced to a world that has coexisted in the world you live in, without knowing it was there the whole damn time. Plan a trip to The Bronx, if you are already in the Bronx, make it your destination for new reading interest and a great reading vibe.“
“We had Friendsgiving here, what an amazing spot!!!!! Friends loooooved the beer on top and joe and Claire behind the bar just make it that much better! The GM went out of his way the entire time to ensure we were well taken care of! I will 100% be back!!!!!“
“They do not sell food, beer and wine only. They make a mean frozen sangria! I never have a problem getting a seat and the bartender remembered me! Cool spot.Wheelchair accessibility: You can get into the market, there are no stairs. It might be a little difficult to navigate once inside. The spaces between the different vendors can be narrow.“
“Neighborhood spot..That can have Versatile Musicans/Comedians/Host(s) etc .show up and share their talent.DJ(s) on any given night.. sharing their Unique Skills after 11pDance the Night away...hopefully with your Date or Mate.. you already came with****“
“Early holiday dinner. We started with a bottle of the Super Tuscan Red Blend. Reasonably priced for a restaurant and delicious. For the appetizers we chose the Caprese Tower and the Calamari (we thought it was fried - instead it was grilled in the sauce). Still a satisfying dish. For dinners we had the Frutta di Mare - one over linguini, the other over the squid ink linguini. We were somewhat disappointed with the pasta being overcooked - this is home made pasta after all. (That explains the four stars.) The third main was the Chicken Scarpariello over penne. No complaints there. All dishes were flavorful and generously portioned. We had leftovers to take home. We finished with coffees and shared the Brownie Ala Mode special. Delicious! Divino's coninues to be an excellent dining spot with the helpful, friendly and cordial staff, pleasant ambiance and delicious food. We will definitely be returning soon.“
“I adore this place. I have ordered the margarita pizza with broccoli for delivery many times, and it's probably the best pizza I have found in the Bronx. Wood-fired, soft yet grilled crust, fresh mozzarella, really good tomato sauce, and generous with the toppings. Dining in is also a great experience -- it's warm and homey inside, and you feel like you have left the grind of daily life and are settling in for a festive, really good meal. Doesn't feel like an Americanized Italian restaurant but rather a small pocket of Italy in the Bronx. As for the rest of the menu, top notch Caesar salad, really good banana bread pudding, scallop/lentil appetizer is good but best to share because it can be a lot of the same flavor and filling for an appetizer. Must try place in the Bronx!“
“Specific beers on tap, cans, bottles and oh craft crawlers! It is a beer only place with amazing specific selections but the food caught my attention 3 times I was there to get beer and was like : "Omg let me get over thi a first! ". Then tried the selection and it was as impressive! Happy hour oysters really great taste an f great deal. Call ahead to check what is the special for it. So good sometimes they sold out on oyster $1 per shell.“
“Very nice spot in Harlem. great food, Awesome staff, great ambiance.Vegetarian options: Garlic noodles, Broccoli, Rice, Corn & PotatoesKid-friendliness: Fun smoke Fish Bowls Lemonade with candy. Funnel fries and Oreo cookies.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp leading into restaurant, wheelchair accessible bathrooms, spacious restaurant seating!“
“The overall experience was amazing. The music , the vibe, the ambience was appealing. It’s a sexy, but low key establishment and that has the potential to be my “ go to “ spot. The food is delicious and freshly prepped. The staff are attentive and personable. I’m excited to see the new patio and all its offerings ( possible date night picnic!!!). Brian is a genuine person and is open to possibly ❤️. Absolutely will return for their next Ladies Paint and Sip ( Calling all my LADIESSSSS).THIS IS A MUST TRY!! You will live this ? gem.Thank you Devon for your awesome service and courtesy (live that positive vibe). So… come out to this cute new spot, just 15-20 minutes from the City!!“
“Providing End is one of those rare Places that you find and always have a great time. Staff is excellent and is what really makes the place a memorable experience. Different events on different nights making an ever-changing experience. Loved “
“I stopped here today for lunch right when they opened at 1130a. I appreciate how punctual they were with opening !! Right upon entering, the staff was very friendly. Very welcoming. Service was smooth, i received my food in a timely manner. Staff was very helpful with suggestions. I had the grilled octopus for my starter and the seafood linguine for my main. I have been craving octopus and they didn’t disappoint!!! The food was superb. The atmosphere is divine. I will definitely be returning and I for sure recommend this venue.“
“I came here on a random late Saturday night with a friend looking for a spot to get a drink and maybe have some luck in finding a place still open to serve some appetizers. It was to our surprise that the kitchen was fully open after 10pm! My friend ordered the Salmon and I got the Ceasar salad which was very delicious, however, I regretted not ordering the mofongo. People that ordered around me had me craving it! The DJ was really good too; played old school music and currents ones. All the servers provided great customer service. What I liked the most was the crowd- it was almost empty and everyone was just living their best life dancing on their chairs and playing games. If you’re young and single looking for a place to meet people; I doubt this is the place. Everyone was in their late 30s and older hanging out after the brunch crowd went on their merry way. I will be going back again with more friends to enjoy good food, good drinks, and good company.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor and plenty of space“
“We came on a Saturday for a college reunion. They had a live performer who kept a great ambiance. I tried one Spice Mango Daiquiri and ended up having three as it was so refreshing and flavorful. Definitely coming back. Recommended for groupsWheelchair accessibility: It’s on the first floor. Has a ramp by the entrance.“
“I really didn't enjoy my time here between the bartender having an amazing hand at cocktails to them sure the food tasted fantastic! Hats to their chef. Natalia (or Natasha i apologize for forgetting) was the best. Definitely will return! Their pistachio-ricotta cake was my TOP fav!“
“I absolutely love Mazzy’s! Cheyenne (the owner) is a sweetheart, and so is everyone she employs. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The decor is super cute, service is quick, and drinks are great. I’m also very fond of the electronic games they have. Last time I went was for a special event, and I can’t recommend going on a night like that enough. Costume contest, an excellent drag performance, crafts, and partnering with a local org that does good work: the whole package.“
“We had a great first experience! Deena and Laura are very attentive and made us feel welcome. It was hard to make a decision with the vast menu, but we both landed on good choices. Here's my Englebert Pumperdink with thick, fresh sliced turkey breast, ham, bacon, onion and tomato. Breaded mushrooms with horseradish sauce are great...and my friend loved his very tender shell/strip steak with an enormous onion ring and a side of mixed sweet potato fries and wedge fries. My favorite though was the side of garlic mash and gravy! Definitely worthy of a trip back to Horsefeathers ☺️“
“This place has a lot of mixed reviews so I was ready for anything. I came here last night for a Game Night meetup, and I will most DEFINITELY return. First of all, it's not divey at all in my opinion. And I wouldn't say it's "small" either! Plenty of space, a variety of seating choices and a TON of outdoor dining space as well. A word of caution, the kitchen opens at 8pm, and since I showed up with my folks after work, I had to tell my stomach to be patient and wait until I could order food. Also, amazingly, Happy Hour lasts until 9PM, which is UNHEARD of, and Happy Hour drink prices are as low as $6-7, EVEN for specialty drinks. I got the Sex on the Beach (per other reviewer recommendations) and I LOVED it. You could BARELY taste the liquor, but BOY, was it IN there. Even my sister, who initially declined, was sipping me and my mom's drinks by the end of the night. Once 8pm hit, I got my lemon pepper wings and fries and both were delicious! Fry-lovers, their fries pass inspection. (Note: Food is not part of the Happy Hour specials). The vibe the whole night was super friendly, and the bartender was AWESOME. Everyone was down-to-earth, non-pretentious, nothing shady, just here to have a good time. Also, the music selection was old-school Hip-Hop and RnB and it was on POINT. It was a little empty when we arrived around 6:30, but by 9pm the place got pretty packed. We played Scattergories with some peeps and had a great time. Also, expect a slightly older crowd; this isn't some college joint. I am now a fan!“
“Oldest bar in the Bronx, bartender and all the regulars rule. Great drinks, borderline best value-for-the-drink on the basics in the whole friggin' city. I couldn't get ahold of anyone via phone or online to confirm they were open at 8 am like Yelp said (they were, turns out!), otherwise I would have been there earlier.“
“Overall experience is a 4.5 stars . As a customer I don’t want to feel like I’m forced to tip servers . Furthermore I don’t want it to seem as if I don’t support staff for doing their job but a mandatory 18% service fee is ridiculous if that wasn’t included in my bill my waitress was seeing atleast 20% to 25% of my bill but unfortunately service fee being designed prior is not a stylish fit to the atmosphere. Wonderful spot butter chicken items have Indian touch perfectly drinks are poured amazingly dj is great can’t complain other than business seeming to want to force cash grab. I’m fortunate enough to afford to do this but if you saw this spot from instagram as me and wanted to take a date and wanted to dollar count just make sure you add 18% to your bill.“
“when we got to the front door of this place, the bartender came out and opened the door to welcome us. We were just going to stay for one drink, but we stayed much longer. Everybody was so friendly, and the drinks are really really generous. what a great dive bar!“
“When I come I always look for Nani. She has a beautiful personality and she makes amazing drinks. I recommend Kanu to all my friends to come see Nani. Her service is great. If you need a nice atmosphere and great service come see Nani. The food and drinks are a plus.“
“Cute tavern! We have gone back now multiple times. They are so accommodating/knowledgeable with gluten free! There are only a few items that you have to call ahead for 24 hours. But almost everything on their meal is gluten free. I LOVE the turkey shepherds pie with sweet potato mash on the top. And they carry gluten free cake from the local bakery. We also asked about sodium accommodations for my FIL, and the owner said that it could easily be done. So happy to support this business.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and low sodium“
“Great food! There is a variety of food and seafood boils to choose from! I got the Deep End Special, totally recommend! Additionally, I love the strawberry fruit tea with mango popping boba. You must give it a try the next time you come. On top of that there was great service. Elaine was an amazing manager and she handled all of my needs. Come try the next time you’re at Yonkers!“
“We got there early when it was still quiet, but once the restaurant gets fuller, it becomes difficult to have a conversation. The menu listed on OpenTable is misleading as to pricing which has increased considerably. Portions are good, but focused on the fries and chips which are more than plentiful. We've been here many times and always enjoy a good meal.“
“Our annual company luncheon and award ceremony at Harvest on Hudson exceeded all expectations once again! From the initial organization to the last bite of dessert, the service was nothing short of exceptional. The manager and staff were incredibly attentive throughout our entire meal, ensuring that every detail was taken care of to perfection. The portions were plentiful, and the appetizers, particularly the polenta and calamari, were simply delicious. Each dish, from start to finish, including the drinks and dessert, left us thoroughly impressed and satisfied.A picturesque backdrop for our luncheon with breathtaking views of the Hudson River & charming decor with the cozy fireplace added an extra touch of warmth and ambiance to the atmosphere.Harvest on Hudson continues to be our go-to choice for company events, thanks to its impeccable service, outstanding food, and picture-postcard setting. We look forward to returning next year for another memorable luncheon!“
“The location is down a alley which could be a little creepy if your there for the first time. More creepy when your so close to sleepy hollow ??? But once you get inside, it's a warm and intimate atmosphere. You feel like you were in a clubhouse with friends listening to music. I attended the Cyrus Chestnut concert and it was sold out. The music was amazing and so was the experience. I recommend for a great night of music. The female owner is a little intense but she means well.“
“I had Portuguese and Italian food catered by Lusitania this past Sunday for my Bridal Shower and all 70 of my guests were raving about the delicious food. As always, the take out experience is just as great as dining in. Thank you thank you thank you!“
“I am mad at myself for not coming here sooner. The food, drinks, service, ambiance - 10/10. They really did a wonderful job with this place. I haven't been this impressed with a place in a long time! Everything on the menu is delicious and on top of that, the cocktails are very reasonably priced. Cash only - ATM onsite if you forget. We are so happy to find a new place that we love!“
“I had a very pleasant experience at Corner Social, the music was amazing, not too loud, I was able to have conversations with my friends without shouting. For appetizer, I had the chicken spring rolls, very interesting taste and different but very delicious, would order a second time. For Entries, I ordered the salmon with mash potatoes. The meal was delicious, well seasoned, interms of appearance, compared to others my plate was very colorless, I think I ate maybe 3 small cherry tomatoes and 2 broccoli lol the portion size very small but it was very delicious. If you skipped lunch and you're hungry, dont order but want something not hearty, then order. Overall, my experience was great. Would definitely visit to try the rest of the menu“
“When I used to run, this bar was my main stop after the NYC Marathon. The Alehouse Burger with a hearty draft beer is my favorite from here. They have a wide variety of burgers and countless draft beer rotation. The place is easily accessible via 1 Train at 238th and Bx9 and Bx10 bus at 238th. I'd recommend you come pay them a visit and if it's game day, they stream sports too, typically baseball and basketball.“
“Food was very good. We ordered the daily special appetizer which was the clam casino. It was very fresh & had a whole clam in each shell, not minced clam meat mixed with lots of breading? Our waiter, Sebastian was very good, attentive to our questions and selections of entrees.“
“The meeting SPOT! Conveniently across from the train ? station ?, close to the bronx River Pkwy. This is the joint! Whether youre dining in, taking out, watching the game or just meeting up with friends. It's perfectly named. The menu is off the charts and the food is wonderful. This bar restaurant needs to be reviewed. Any critic would be tickled to rate this joint. It's a real find.Parking: Whatcha gonna do!Wheelchair accessibility: Very“
