The ambiance was amazing and they honestly had me when I ordered a banana blueberry muffin and they asked if I wanted it grilled with butter... it was amazing. The owner was present and checking in on tables and super kind. 12/10 would recommend.“
“I accidentally took a whole bottle of Melatonin. I needed something to battle my irresponsiblitys. Utica Coffee was the answer. I was just about to to be pulled over behind the wheel drowsy when I ran from the cops into Utica Coffee. Ordered a cold brew. “Character coffee is a little gem! I walked in right when it was opening and the barista greeted us with a smile and “what can I get for you?!”. She was so sweet and kind to everyone in there. Not to mention the drink I had (cappuccino) was delicious! The plants, honeycomb tiles, and beautiful decor is peaceful and makes you stop, look, and take it all in. Highly recommend, especially if you wanna start your day off with a smile ☺️?☕️“
“Breakfast here was great, but the service is what really made my day.I couldn't decide between two different cookies for a to-go treat and I asked the man (I didn't catch his name!) to surprise me. When I went to open the bag later, I realized he had put BOTH cookies in as a surprise, despite only charging me for one.A small thing, but it really made my day. I will be back!“
“This place is the real deal when it comes to bagels. Fantastic variety of flavors and strong bagel-making talent make it our new go-to when we visit Utica. Regarding their hours: This place makes bagels right. This means it opens at 7 or 8 after working hours of the many steps to make the bagels. Their day ends at 12noon because that’s how serious they are about focusing on bagels. This doesn’t make them less of a high-quality bagel stop…perhaps it elevates then.“
“The chicken tenders and fries were excellent as always. Light, crispy, and juicy.They seem to have introduced burgers since I last visited here, and the Liciousburger was amazing! It was fresh, fragrant, and so tasty. I won't list names, but it is definitely better than a lot of burgers in downtown Utica.“
“Carmella Caruso went above and beyond assisting with my order that experienced a delay at the post office. Not only did she find my order during what I would imagine is an extremely busy time of the year, she paid for it to ship overnight and arrive in time for Christmas. In a world where many businesses do not care, she took it upon herself to make sure the box arrived. Caruso’s excellent cookies stand out but this personal care by a small business makes them shine bright! You are a true gem Carmella.“
“This location can be pretty decent. I typically just get iced coffee from this location. It tends to be pretty busy in the morning hours as well. I always opt to use the drive thru here, as it is not in the best location. They do have homeless in the bathrooms and I had one person trying to charge me to use the restroom here once, so be aware of that.“
“Great spot for expresso done the right way. I was initially going for a double, but then I saw they have affogato, vanilla ice cream with coffee, so I ended up with a single and a dessert (AND a spinach pastry). Very nice atmosphere and use of the space they have, will be back next time I'm in Utica.“
