I was initially going for a double, but then I saw they have affogato, vanilla ice cream with coffee, so I ended up with a single and a dessert (AND a spinach pastry). Very nice atmosphere and use of the space they have, will be back next time I'm in Utica.“

I was just about to to be pulled over behind the wheel drowsy when I ran from the cops into Utica Coffee. Ordered a cold brew. “I lost a some cash and was at a loss as to where it could be. I retraced my steps and called Calabria coffee. I described what I lost and the person there said “ I’m so glad you called, we found the $ and was hoping someone would call for it”. Sure enough it was there in a sealed envelope waiting for me. When I tried to reward the staff for finding it, they refused and just said they were happy to do it…..so besides having the best coffee in town and the most welcoming staff, they are also extremely honest and helpful. An oasis of good vibes and deeds in New Hartford!!!“

“Character coffee is a little gem! I walked in right when it was opening and the barista greeted us with a smile and “what can I get for you?!”. She was so sweet and kind to everyone in there. Not to mention the drink I had (cappuccino) was delicious! The plants, honeycomb tiles, and beautiful decor is peaceful and makes you stop, look, and take it all in. Highly recommend, especially if you wanna start your day off with a smile ☺️?☕️“

“The chicken tenders and fries were excellent as always. Light, crispy, and juicy.They seem to have introduced burgers since I last visited here, and the Liciousburger was amazing! It was fresh, fragrant, and so tasty. I won't list names, but it is definitely better than a lot of burgers in downtown Utica.“

We enjoyed blueberry muffins which were moist and flavorful.Our hot chocolates were hot and tasty.When we arrived, just after 7AM, there were 2 people behind the counter and the crowd was very light. As we ate, the place started filling up. Initially, I was thinking that the staff was going to get buried. But, no! These wise people were way ahead of me - two more staff arrived at the perfect time. So, as the door opened and closed increasingly often, the line barely grew as the staff were taking care of business!When we left, the place was full. Every chair was taken and there was no line. “This place is the real deal when it comes to bagels. Fantastic variety of flavors and strong bagel-making talent make it our new go-to when we visit Utica. Regarding their hours: This place makes bagels right. This means it opens at 7 or 8 after working hours of the many steps to make the bagels. Their day ends at 12noon because that’s how serious they are about focusing on bagels. This doesn’t make them less of a high-quality bagel stop…perhaps it elevates then.“

“Our son attends Hamilton College, and when we visit my Beautiful Wife never fails to mention that we have to stop by The Cremeria. It had been two(2) years and last night we finally stopped in for dessert for the first time. “My husband and I stopped on our way home from New Hartford for lattes to-go. It was our first time visiting in this quaint little shop, located on a corner in downtown Clinton, home of Hamilton College. The shop definitely fit in with the charm of the town, with their cute little shops, in refurbished old buildings. We arrived 15 minutes before closing, but not once felt rushed in ordering. The staff were extremely friendly! I got a ginger latte, while my husband had the pumpkin latte, with incredible creamy froth! Both were delicious as we sipped them on our way home. We love the fact that the beans are locally roasted, which is another huge plus for us! Their coffee selections for purchase were endless and they had a great selection of flavored decaf coffees as well! We definitely will be back to visit!“

“Carmella Caruso went above and beyond assisting with my order that experienced a delay at the post office. Not only did she find my order during what I would imagine is an extremely busy time of the year, she paid for it to ship overnight and arrive in time for Christmas. In a world where many businesses do not care, she took it upon herself to make sure the box arrived. Caruso’s excellent cookies stand out but this personal care by a small business makes them shine bright! You are a true gem Carmella.“

“I wish I could give above 5 stars on this review. Outstanding customer service the minute we walked into the shop! Cute and comfortable inside. All kinds of flavoring for coffees but I can't speak to that, I went in for donuts and that's what I got. I ordered half dozen donuts, as I completed picking my 6 donuts, I'm assuming it's the owner, tells the person I'm giving my order to, to double my order and only charge be for my original order. Now the task of picking out 6 more donuts, not an easy task with them all looking so yummy! The owner struck up a conversation and was all around a friendly person! Now let's get to the main event, the donuts! The freshness was second to none!!! Started out with a headlight, and if that's what I have to look forward to, I'm going to be in donut heaven! So good! Run, don't walk and get to Daylight Donuts, you will not be disappointed!!!“

“This location can be pretty decent. I typically just get iced coffee from this location. It tends to be pretty busy in the morning hours as well. I always opt to use the drive thru here, as it is not in the best location. They do have homeless in the bathrooms and I had one person trying to charge me to use the restroom here once, so be aware of that.“

“Super friendly guy at the counter. It was my first time here, and he gave me an extra doughnut and made me a drink they don’t usually make. To top it off, he gave me a discount since there’s a debit card fee. Oh, and he even asked for feedback and to let him know how to improve. “My new favorite Starbucks. I live in Boston, where there are plenty of Starbucks but none like this one. The first thing that sets this Starbucks apart from others is the space and light. There are wall to wall windows and an open floor plan with plenty of seating. The bathroom is easily accessible and there is a sink out in the open between the two bathrooms, making it great for washing up. Service was fairly fast given the long line of cars at the drive thru but they had plenty of baristas to handle it. I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks and this is by far my favorite. The layout and full windows are unique.The location is convenient, right across from a hotel and in the up and coming Harbor Point are, close to restaurants, the Thruway and the Utica Auditorium. Most importantly, the drinks were on point. I will definitely be stopping by again when traveling to Utica.“

“Awesome dunkin'. Always cheerful staff, clean interior and exterior and they do the best they can to achieve fast paced quality service. On occasion there is a flaw with a beverage but they always insist on remaking it so that it is perfect, even if I try to say it's good enough. They strive for perfect.“
