I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at Starbucks. Their drinks taste the same regardless of location, unlike Dunkin's. As a company, they do a fantastic job. Always clean, friendly, and great customer service at all of their locations.
The order by phone app was left on but because there were only 2 people working the customers that were coming to the window ( the dining room was closed) were given 2nd priority...so we had to stand out in the cold. Had we known ahead of time we would have just used the drivethru. Coffee orders were correct and tasted fine. Lack of staffing seemed to be the issue.

My new favorite Starbucks. I live in Boston, where there are plenty of Starbucks but none like this one. The first thing that sets this Starbucks apart from others is the space and light. There are wall to wall windows and an open floor plan with plenty of seating. The bathroom is easily accessible and there is a sink out in the open between the two bathrooms, making it great for washing up.
