Jaycee's Pizza Depot

Great steak sub. I grew up in Philly, and its hard to find a place in the Albany area that makes a decent steak hoagie. The meat was plentiful and chopped and grilled the correct way with peppers and onions. (Just ask for American or provolone cheese instead of whatever cheese they usually put on it.) I'm a happy camper now that I found this! Jaycee's also has terrific pizza with garlic baked into the crust and generous toppings. Highly recommended!

Doing laundry next door brought me into Jaycee's for some dinner to go, and this place made me feel like I didn't want to leave!! Everyone that came in interacted with the staff as if they've been lifelong friends, personally this is the kind of neighborhood pizzeria vibe that I look for. Jay is the best! Been going here for years. Food is always consistent and reasonable especially for today's prices. The thick Chicago pizza is awesome. He does not spare the toppings at all. They cover the whole pie. Subs are big and wings are delicious. You can't go wrong grabbing something from this place!
