Zulu Time Rooftop Bar & Lounge offers a mix of experiences. Some found the service and food quality mediocre, questioning the sports bar concept in such a historic building. However, the scenic views of the river compensated for it. Others enjoyed the beautiful spot on the Hudson River, praising the gorgeous views, nice menu, and friendly service from a new employee named Kilee. Despite some kinks in the new phone ordering system, the new cocktails and food items like the spicy margarita and Tina poke were fantastic. Exciting times ahead for Zulu Time!
