A little over rated, it's a step above fast food but a lot more expensive, nearly $50 for two bacon smash burgers with fries n coke, I can sit in a bar and pay a little more and enjoy better ambiance and service.
It's been several years since my last visit, and there were definitely notable changes. As with yet another upscale burger chain in the city, prices have increased substantially. On the menu, one item - the crispy onion strings - has been replaced by more ordinary onion rings. It seemed like there were only a couple of guys there, and it was busy. But they were holding it down, all while being friendly. The food is some of the prettiest fast food I've ever seen. My son took one bite of his burger and started trying to figure out how far to the closest smash burger to our house.
