“We love Butera's and have had countless dinners at the restaurants and for delivery. The food is GREAT and we love the atmosphere. Among our favorites are their chicken meatballs and zucchini linguini. They also have great salads and the best pasta on Long Island!“
“Love the food here and the staff. Always fresh and always friendly. Recently they changed their macaroni salad that I've been buying here for years and all my guests would rave about. The new one doesn't compare and I won't be buying it anymore. Hope they bring back the bowtie one very soon! I know I'm not alone.“
“Wow, on Wednesday I passed through South Philly and a girl kindly assisted me. Her name is Silvia. I liked her attention and the way she moved in each area. She cooked me and the sandwich was on point and the potatoes were too. I recommend and I would give her more stars if I could, Silvia is a great girl..“
“A much better option for quality in the area than other closeby places that serve deli style and certainly more coordinated. I stopped in with a neighbor fora breakfast sandwich and a coffee and everything was very very good. Not sure what the logic is to pay after getting your food and eating but seems like it would be better to pay when you order. Either way the help is friendly and efficient and the sandwiches were good. Very good seating options inside and some picnic tables outside as well. Very relaxing atmosphere and although prices are somewhat high, the food was good.“
“Love this farm! The restaurant on site is amazing. The food is farm to table so the menu changes seasonally and always tastes fresh. We would normally go for brunch (their bacon is mouth watering,) but we recently went for dinner, finally, and it is even better than their brunch. We had the octopus starter and it was perfectly cooked. They also have brick oven pizza which is a hit with us locals for a quick takeout dinner. The restaurant is on the smaller side so I would recommend making a reservation in advance, but the staff is warm and welcoming and it's a place we will continue to frequent for years. Cannot recommend it enough.“
“Surf and Turf is egg over bits of steak and shrimp over a bowl of spicy rice…very good if you like spice. Brussel sprouts are outstanding. The jerk chicken is served with a bowl of spicy rice. A coconut mojito is excellent with lots of fresh mint mixed in. Service is very good in this small venue. No doubt they will grow in size, hopefully the menu will grow as well.Parking: The restaurant is located on a corner lot plaza.“
“Great burger, great appetizers and a slew of fantastic drinks. There seem to be more staff and folks tending the bar that I seem to remember over the last couple of years but there's nothing wrong with that. For the locals the wherehouse is definitely a comfortable place to go, a great place to hang out on the weekends especially in the summer. Tons of parking around the area and lots of other little things to go and see as well on Liberty street. But with the live music and the good food you can spend a couple hours here without a problem.“
“Decent spot to stop by and grab a quick bite. Service is friendly and relatively quick. Prices are regular. Ordered their fish tacos which were pretty tasty. Also got a side of guacamole which was a bit bland. Noting for those looking for actual Mexican food, this is not Mexican food, but rather an Americanized version of Mexican food.“
“Our waitres Stephanie was absolutely wonderful. I usually don't take the time to post any reviews but i had to congratulate her on her job.she had the nicest and most friendliest welcome .we ordered the bbq ribs, the Rubin sandwich and a cheese burger . My wife wanted her burger just a little more done .we got Stephanie's attention and told her if they can cook it just a little more.stephanie was so undetsanding and its the attitude you have with a customer that makes the difference of a good employee. She returned with a new order immediately. She took care of us with always a smile and made our dinning experience just wonderful. Also there was another employee that helped us, just as friendly and attentive. I didn't get his name but I think he had a beard and wore glasses .congratulate to both of them of being such good/caring people. To the management of the restaurant. You are very fortunate and extremely lucky that you have theses employees working for you .My daughter will be attending mt.saint Mary's in the near future and we will be visiting you again soon.PS.the food was absolutely delicious. My daughter and wife said that the bbq ribs were the best they ever hadWill see you soon.“
“A fun place for lunch and dinner. I was a bit hesitant bring my son who is 3yo, because you just never know if he's having a good day or bad day. But I decided to take the risk and bring him on a mini date because there's only so many visits this mommy can take to Chik-fil-A and it turned out great. He was on his good behavior and tried the mushroom risotto, which I told him was cheesy rice with my short rib and he has a cheese burger and fries. They did forget to put cheese on his burger which he was quick to point out but that was a quick fix, the staff was quick to melt a slice of cheese on his burger and brought it back out quick. My only semi-compliant was a side was small sweet potato smash was $12 which was the same cost of his burger and fries. Otherwise, everything was great, staff was attentive and we had a fun time. The food was very good, I think I would go back to try some of their other items. Thanks Rustic Root.“
