“I'm an avid sushi lover and always like trying new places. This was my first time at MoCA. The ambience and decor were nice. I love the design of the seating area and bar. Booths were super spacious and comfortable. My husband and I ordered 2 appetizers (Mini Rolls and Indian Pancakes) and 2 specialty rolls (American Dream Roll and Baja Roll). Everything was delicious, just wish the rolls were a little bigger. Definitely on the smaller side compared to tons of other sushi restaurants I've been too. Honestly, we were still hungry after that. So order more than you think. We were going to order the Mille (Green Tea) Crêpe Cake but they ran out for the night. Looked really promising though. For cocktails I first ordered a margarita and I feel bad saying this but, it was one of the worst margaritas I've ever had and my husband agreed. It didn't taste anything like a margarita, and it was sour and just weird. However, the waitress was nice enough to switch out my drink and I ended up ordering a Jalapeño Mango Martini instead, which was delicious. Overall everything was good just wish the sushi had a bigger serving.“

“Surf and Turf is egg over bits of steak and shrimp over a bowl of spicy rice…very good if you like spice. Brussel sprouts are outstanding. The jerk chicken is served with a bowl of spicy rice. A coconut mojito is excellent with lots of fresh mint mixed in. Service is very good in this small venue. No doubt they will grow in size, hopefully the menu will grow as well.Parking: The restaurant is located on a corner lot plaza.“

“Great, super, amazing.. where do we start?Amazing tacos. We had a variety of amazing tacos and a cauliflower bowl, but I think the favorite was the General Tso. I loved the Baja the most. The elote was also a hit The guac with crab meats was good too! The drinks were average, nothing to brag about, none the less, good enough. The strawberry ice cream sandwich was ?.The view of the Hudson is beautiful with passing of boats. One thing that I have to comment on, that was disappointing, was the cleanliness of the restroom.Having traveled a distance, you have no choice but to use them. Im glad we waited until after we ate because we may have left had we gone in there first.“
“Bartenders are always wonderful and know what they are doing. The painting on the wall is big and beautiful(like me). They have an outdoor area when it's nice. Events are always being held here as well as live music. They have your classic drinks as well as a variety of unique cocktails. Prices are definitely fair and affordable. My favorite thing about this place is that I can get any number of amazing restaurants food right to the bar while I sit back and enjoy the vibe of Roosevelt. Definitely didn't take enough pictures so I'll be returning to try more things.“

“Simple burger spot in Beacon - stopped by to eat a well deserved burger after a long hike. I got the single Dutch Burger ($11) and some fries ($3.50) to go. I loved all the veggies in the burger; lots of spring salad mix, tomatoes, slivered onions and lots of pickle slices. It was a pretty messy burger though, lots of water was on the bottom of my to-go container and the toppings kept on falling out. I thought the patty was a bit on the smaller side and the fries were way too soggy, but overall a decent spot!“

“Such a cute place in Newburgh for brunch! We love dining here. Great city vibe atmosphere and wonderful customer service. Frankly some of the best chicken and waffles I’ve ever had!!! These came off the menu but the manager was kind of enough to make sure we got to enjoy this dish again. Hopefully, this plate makes it back on the menu!!!“

“Still dreaming about every dish we got in this place. Everything was excellent - but especially the Brussels sprouts. We were we our dog so we had to eat outside and it took a very long time to be served while waiting in the cold, but once we got the food it was worth it. I loved it! It was expensive but I still recommend it. The perfect food after a long hike.“

“Food & service was amazing as usual, right across the tasting rooms from brotherhood is a good way to hang out for a drink if your waiting to do the tour that's a every hour or in reality to get a grab a bite to eat before or after your tasting, place shares the parking with the winery so there's plenty of spaces, they offer a good selection of bites and & for drinks they carry all types/kinds of spirits so the fan whip up any cocktail you desire.Service was great as well not only by the bartender but also the waitresses and waiters! Recommend this place without a doubt!“
“I love this place. We own a home in North Carolina and come down multiple times throughout the year. The staff are friendly, attentive, and the menu is terrific. The bloody Mary's are something to write home about. It's always nice to support small businesses that appreciate their patrons. I will definitely be back every single time I come down there.“

“We traveled 2 hours for this restaurant. The best food in town! We know good Guatemalan food and believe me, this place is great. We could hear the chef making the tortillas in the kitchen. What a treat! The entire restaurant and restrooms were very clean. We would definitely make the 2 hour drive again. We are definitely taking food home with us.“
“Perfect for a quick drink in the Central Valley outlet. You have quite a few options inclusive of cocktails with Black Dirt spirits as well as hot chocolate or some craft options as well. The barn also has a few different options for snacks or food. They also sell bottles of Black Dirt spirits if you’re interested.“

“Brunch was not as extensive as it used to be but food was still as delicious and satisfying. Staff was wonderful and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure we were ok with gluten free options and pasty chef even created a special GF pistachio crusted cheesecake that was so delicious! Thank you!“

“A fun place for lunch and dinner. I was a bit hesitant bring my son who is 3yo, because you just never know if he's having a good day or bad day. But I decided to take the risk and bring him on a mini date because there's only so many visits this mommy can take to Chik-fil-A and it turned out great. He was on his good behavior and tried the mushroom risotto, which I told him was cheesy rice with my short rib and he has a cheese burger and fries. They did forget to put cheese on his burger which he was quick to point out but that was a quick fix, the staff was quick to melt a slice of cheese on his burger and brought it back out quick. My only semi-compliant was a side was small sweet potato smash was $12 which was the same cost of his burger and fries. Otherwise, everything was great, staff was attentive and we had a fun time. The food was very good, I think I would go back to try some of their other items. Thanks Rustic Root.“
