“Beautiful Irish bar in the Bx. I was there to play darts one night. I shoot in a league so we travel around. Dart board on site of course, and away from most people so you can play in peace. The drinks are reasonably priced as well and the bartenders are good too.“

Was it a café? A front? Even better, one of the better burgers I’ve had in NYC, on par with at least 4 Charles. It’s hard to find a lamb burger in the city, let alone a good one. Very fresh ingredients. Very tasty. They do deliver! Ask for chipotle mayo on the side. This is the normcore of food. Unassuming, minimal, no signs out front - but excellent aesthetics and execution for what matters. Even their name—literally “Company” —is hard to search for, perhaps on purpose so this place doesn’t get flooded with crowds...“
“Ordered via UberEats. I got the bodega & the ACP.Oh my god. Immediate eyes rolled to the back of my head at the first bite of the bodega biscuit. I got the maple cayenne butter also which I feel was a nice touch. The buttermilk biscuit is buttery, rich, soft, and so good!! Not dry at all!The ACP came with the gravy on the side, which I appreciated to avoid a soggy biscuit. Again, absolutely delicious although I will say it might’ve been a bit salty.. but regardless it was great! Savory and just *chef’s kiss* Worth every penny!I couldn’t even finish it. “Copper Kettle is an outstanding restaurant. The owner, Joe, is truly a master of his craft. He studied at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), and it absolutely shows. Somehow he has mastered several schools of cooking- French, Central European, Italian, and others. He prepares duck confit as good as any I have had in Paris, schnitzel just like I had at the best restaurants in Vienna, and the best Latkes I have ever had. His number two guy, William, does an outstanding job of walking you through the menu, finding out what your tastes are, and matching you with the best dish to suit your taste. Joe also finds the freshest fish and makes monkfish and sole that is always the highlight of my day. Come to copper kettle if you want outstanding fresh food at reasonable prices prepared by a detail oriented, CIA educated chef.“
