“The point of sale employees have always been fantastic to me. One in particular, Brooke, is constantly pleasant to the point that she remembers me whenever I come in and practically guesses what I'm going to get each time. Big props to her! (UPDATED 3/12/24 after confirming Brooke's name)Today was my dog's 3rd birthday and I figured I'd just run in and out for a Sip Club drink; I asked her if they offered "pup cups" and told her it was my dog's birthday. She smiled and told me to give her a minute. She returned later with a to-go cup filled with whipped cream and a couple bits of bacon sprinkled on top! I profusely thanked her, and I didn't think about it until after the fact that I should have invited her to give it to him herself to take appropriate credit for his favorite birthday present! The food here is average Panera fare, and they are just as apt as any other location to get things wrong from time to time when they get busy. But the people that work here are exceptionally pleasant and the high level of service they provide ensures that I'll continue to come back often as long as they're around.“

“Turkey chili soup is very good along with southwest chicken avocado sandwich. ?I havnt been here in years, and a sandwich and soup with medium drink was $18. The soup was very good I must admit. You'll have to decide if it's worth $18. Certainly better than McDonald's but you could get cracker barrel for $18. ???“

We would definitely stop at this location again on another trip. Can't say that for all the turnpike rest stops!“

“Cute location in downtown elyria, decent amount of off the street parking, baristas were great. I had a maple latte and an everything bagel with cream cheese..the bagel was sooo soft and fresh I could've eaten 6! Latte was good too. I wish they had more sugar free options, the chairs to the tables were a bit low/small compared to the table so it felt like being a kid at an adults table ? but overall a good experience and we'll be back!“

“The gyro breakfast bagel is amazing! A small part of mine was burnt which was fine (except marking my hands up entirely from the charcoal). Coffee is good, nothing over the top I felt.Atmosphere in here is wonderful and smells great the second you walk in also. Felt a little pricey for what we got however. Will give another shot next time around here.“

Cowhaus Creamery Ice Cream Shop • $
405 Woodland Ave, Elyria - 5.09 miles

“Our favorite place in Elyria!!! What a great find and hidden gem. Top quality ice cream made with top quality ingredients. There is an update every Wednesday with flavors available that weekend. You can place your order on line or go order in person on Saturdays. Order pick time is Saturday 11:00-3:00. The location is an old Lawson's store, when you pull in parking lot there is a whiteboard outside listing flavors. The owners will come out and take your order (or name if you pre-ordered) and bring your order to your car. You never get out of your car!The best thing about Cowhaus Creamery are the owners, Joe and Deb. Always a smile and grateful for the business. They are very passionate about their product, knowledgeable and creative. This is a perfect example of customer service that has been missing in the world for a long time.“

“This is a neat little place. We've been here once before on a lazy day and had a few apps and a libation. It has taken us too long to get back considering we only live a mile away. Today we went for the Bloody Mary bar. I liked how they did this...fill out your card and the drink is made to order - perfectly made and spicy; just how I like it.They were busy. The Browns were on TV and we were hoping to see the game. Unfortunately the one table without a view was the only table available. Guess what? As soon as another table opened up, the server asked us if we wanted to move. She did this without us saying anything. How awesome was that? Our food was tasty. Great burger. I didn't care for the sweet potato fries as they were a bit soggy, but that was my choice. I could have ordered regular fries. The pretzel was great, too.We will definitely be back and encourage others to stop by to have a drink, food, and nice times.“
