For only really cooking 2 items on there small menu, the drive through is extremely slow. It's a bit unbelievable the chain only cooks chicken fingers and French fries.And the wait for lunch was 15 minutes in a line of 8 cars.The fingers were hot and tasty with there sauce... just need to work on the service speed like there competitor who sells no chicken on Sundays but has fast drive through times.Parking: Large lot for parking
I usually stop at the one in North Olmsted by the Great Northern Mall or the one in Avon so I expected the same experience. It wasn't. The people are courteous and friendly enough but the food was, eh. Was missing items and seemed as if the proportions weren't as much as I'm used to getting at the other locations. Especially when I get the Caniac combo which is more then enough. At least it was hot and fresh.

The music is SO LOUD that you can't hear conversation nor what the cashier is saying. When the manager was told that the music is too loud, the response was, "Yeah, I know." Food is GREAT. We come here every Saturday because we love the food, it's our treat to ourselves. That's why we gave the reviews we gave. Wish that someone at corporate would pay a visit.
