Wendy's offers a mixed experience. One visit was fantastic, with a warm welcome, great service, and tasty food. On another occasion, the service was slow and the food quality disappointing, with cold fries and dry burgers. Despite improvements in order accuracy, dry sandwiches seem to be a recurring issue. The restaurant is clean, but the inconsistent food quality leaves something to be desired.
