Very busy and slow. Orders did not seem to come out in sequence. Our order for five included drinks and basic food items, and when it finally started coming out it was incomplete, twice, requiring me to ask and explain which items were missing.
Walking distance from Ohio University. Quality of drinks and service typical of the chain. Love the spacious interior and decor. Brighter lighting than the typical Starbucks which I really like!

I'm not a fan of Starbucks coffee but had the need to go somewhere early in the morning after something got canceled.This location lacks in comfortable seating ...all the cushioned seats along one of the walls also happen to have framed prints all along the wall just 5-ish inches above the seating, jutting further out than the backs of the seats, making it impossible to sit back and relax without the bottom of the frame pushing into your neck/head/upper shoulder.
