“The husband and I haven't had KFC in a little while. Once we saw this new location was open we thought we would give it a try. Very happy that we did, after some disappointing visits at different KFC locations wasn't sure if we would ever go back... but whatever they are doing here they are doing it right! Food tasted amazing (like how it did years ago when I was little) nothing was dry or overly greasy. Customer service was awesome too! If you're like me and thought this restaurant has gone down hill, think again this Elyria locations is exceptional!“
“This KFC is a reliable KFC and a safe bet for that undeniable crave for crispy fried chicken. The drinks are always flat. The service is eh. This place is definitely not the best place I've ever been but it is still good.Dietary restrictions: Adviously it's KFC so greasier than bacon.“
“I am a big fan of popeyes and I sometimes drive out here to get some good fried chicken.I will say the biscuts here are second to none. And the mashed potatoes are great.The workers here don't really care about good service but I personally can't really blame them.“
“So I place an app order, only to get there & they are out of extra crispy chicken. Now I just got off a 8 hr on your feet shift. I was not a happy camper let’s say. The mgr was nice & asked if I would accept original, nope. So he said in 8 minutes it would be rdy. So the mgr & I had a little discussion abt this, it never got nasty. Just two people who were both tired & exhausted. One wanted their food & the other just wanted to give me my food. I worked fast food, so I understood where he was coming from. He deserved 5+. Awesome manager, will keep going there.“
“Facts are facts. On paper, nothing about this place is great. The people that work there are mostly interested in you. You'll never get a perfect meal. Either your chicken is hot and the fries are cold, or the fries are hot and the chicken is cold. On paper this is a place you try once just because you don't want to go shopping at Meijers, hungry.I legit love this place though. It's like the little guy that's trying. When it's good it's good. They have a glass jar cheesecake dessert that you get to keep and it's always delicious. My wife literally dupes me into going grocery shopping by dangling Slim Chickens on a stick in front of me.Plus I love the name. I would eat here everyday if my wife let me.“
