“I am giving 5 stars because historically, I have had minimal issues & I don't like to complain when I haven't had the opportunity to give a fair review of my previous experiences & I LOVE WH Chicken above all of the other Barberton joints.. But, I will say the last 2 times I've ordered from this location, the quality seems different. Last time the week of Xmas, I was missing Cole Slaw.. And I noticed the mashed potatoes used to be flavorful and a little tangy aftertaste which was wonderful pre-covid era But, now there is just something different about them that I can't figure out. This time I'm not sure if the fryer oil needs changed or the tenders were cooked too long But, there is a bitter taste similar to a mild burnt flavor or oil that needs to be changed. Years of going and I've never had issues until recently. The Cole Slaw & Hot Rice are as delicious as ever and save the day, regardless!! Maybe I just caught them on an off night so, I'm sure we will be back.. But, driving from Akron to get an occasional chicken fix when the family asks what I want to pickup for dinner might not be my first choice anymore. I hope your team is able to power through and rise above whatever the reasons (staffing, cost of goods, etc.) behind these situations is & get back to the great quality & consistency that I've grown to love over the years.“
“We have been talking about going here for a long time. I finally made the trek and am glad that I did. From the moment that we walked in to the time that we left, the employees were outstanding! I ordered so much food, and they were trying to get us the best deals possible. And when I say I ordered a lot, my total was $140. ? But it was definitely worth it!While we were waiting for our food to get cooked and boxed up, my son noticed these paper ships and wanted one. I went to the counter and asked if he could have one or if I could purchase one for him. The employee told me that they were free and that he could have a couple of them. The employee also said that they don't have toys like other fast food restaurants, but they had stuffed animals that he could pick from. He found a Thor stuffy, and he was so excited!After our food was boxed up, one of the employees offered to help me out to my car. It was lightly raining and I really appreciated the help. Because there was a lot! On our ride back home, my son was living his best life naming his ships. It has been three days and he's still playing with them!“
“I've been telling my family that this is my favorite restaurant for the last two years. I finally got to take my dad here. He tried the veal scallopini and loved it. He said wow with every bite. The Lavender Bees Knees is a must have every time I go there, but the drink menu does change. I go to this business frequently. The only reason not 5 stars is the service. I've had too many negative service interactions to give 5 stars. Even so, I still recommend this business to everyone I know who enjoys a stiff drink. Call ahead because this place is usually very busy.“

“I’ll tell you what. The young lady Naja that was our server was Great to us. My wife is Gluten free and she initially thought “oh boy what I’m a going to eat”. Naja referenced cauliflower crust pizza and the Impossible burger. The burger my wife ate was fantastic. The boom boom shrimp, wings and the PIZZA were delicious. The atmosphere with sports playing on big screens and the cleanliness of the place make this a home run for eating out! Thank you“

“Virtues is located just in the Summa Hospital in Akron. The restaurant is clean and inviting, with comfortable seating of various types. Our server was pleasant and efficient. Make sure to check their "daily specials, which are often worth the trip".I had the Pear Gorgonzola Pizza...it was very delicious...crispy, thin crust topped with plenty of pears and cheese, and drizzled with balsamic vinegar. “What makes this place good is a small menu, to basically focus on the quantity and quality of the food. Salads are great, pizza is good, burgers are good, and the fries are ok. I like that this place is not huge, it's big enough to have a bite and hang out, but it's not too big that your server is overwhelmed. A variety of drinks and a well stocked bar makes eating at the bar a must to enjoy the game.“

“We got the 10 for $10.00 on the traditional wings. They were absolutely amazing! ( The wing deal is every Monday and Tuesday! Dine-in only!) We also got the spicy spud bites! And we LOVED them!!! The wings were perfectly cooked and so juicy! The creamy Cajun sauce is now one of my favorites! The bartender Allison was super nice and quick! The food also was done super fast! (It was not incredibly busy when we were there the time was around 1pm-3pm)“
