Chili's Grill & Bar offers good food at great prices, though the atmosphere may not be as it used to be. The servers like Mike are excellent and keep the refills coming quickly. Some customers were surprised by the increase in prices for certain dishes, like the pick 3 for $10. Curbside orders may experience delays, leading to cold fries and soggy sandwiches. However, some customers experienced disorganization in food service, with employees behaving unprofessionally and finding hairs in their burgers. Despite these issues, the restaurant did credit customers for the problematic dishes.
