I get it at many restaurants… Sometimes it’s like there’s all breading one tiny skinny piece of eggplant somewhere… I’m not sure if it’s even in there. At Cafe Capri it’s sliced nicely, it is fried to golden crispy brown, and the sauce… Mama Q’s sauce is the best!! It is very rare that I order anything except eggplant Parmesan when I go to Cafe Capri,. PS: the pasta is always perfect!!“
