“Food was good and fast- beer was great, Blood Orange and Koffee Kolsch were our favorites, but our waiter Andy was the real sell factor! He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable in discussing the beer and spoke to the kids like they were old friends.“

“The Towpath Tavern is a very clean, nicely appointed place to eat and drink in historic downtown Bolivar. The wait staff was very friendly. The food items that we ordered were very average for a "bar". It was just kind of "food", if you know what I mean.I would go back when in the area. Summer offers a large outdoor seating area.Vegetarian options: Typical no-meat options.“

“Wanted to try something new after Ragon House (wasn't on their suggestions list) and lunch was awesome! No waiting (maybe because we were the first ones in at 11am and I felt bad for being those people), great service, and our chicken ranch wrap w/ fries and rueben w/ fries were some of the best we ever had! Definitely an older bar setting but the bar and bathroom were cleaner than other in town places, and that's what matters. Definitely will go back when in Bolivar again.“

“Friday around noon this place was packed! Came for the fish and my wife liked hers. I had the best cheeseburger I've had in decades. It was legendary and I say that as a serious fan. Service was fine even as crowded as they were. Really friendly vibe! Come a little early as parking is limited.“

“Lovely resturant we were greated right away by waitress(sorry cant remember her name) she joked with us like she knew us food was excellent and huge portions then the owner stephanie came and sat with us and talked like She knew us forever too definitely will be back!!“
“Fantastic little winery inside of an old one room school house. Had the Riesling while I was here and it was fantastic! I'm a sucker for historical buildings being converted to something else, and a winery makes perfect sense for this place. All the wines are named after something educational or scholarly. Service was great and the ladies behind the counter were super friendly. A must visit if you're a wino and find yourself in Dover / Zoar.“

“We only ever get take out so don't know how it is in the restaurant but it's in my top 3 for cheese pizza. Homemade pasta is also very good and the service at the back pick up has always been great. The cheese sticks are fantastic, I always eat more than I should.“

“I absolutely love this place. The food is always fresh and great tasting. Our waitress Alex (sorry if I butchered her name) was amazing! She was friendly and ready to join our family's joking. We never had to wait for her to respond and be available.“

“Best Mexican around by far, we had a party of 10, as soon as we walked in we were greeted and sat with chips and salsa in like 30 seconds, our waiter was on it, he has drinks on the table in less than 4 minutes and orders taken, all food was correct to what we ordered and tasted great. Could not of been better, nice work!“

“Very tasty breakfast bar, clean, with friendly staff. My sister and I ate at Shoney's at the beginning and end of our trip to Amish country. We had coupons from a "package" deal at The Dutch Host Inn. We loved the music playing each visit ... 60's, 70's, 80's?Great place!“

“This is an okay place the food is good, but not great. That said, not every place is great. It's fine for a place to be middle of the road, and their prices are very very good you shouldn't expect filet mignon when you're paying for ground beef. I'm giving them a solid 4 giving them a solid giving them a solid 4, and I recommend that you visit soon.“

“This was our first time there and the food was excellent. We had the Boston sushi and orange chicken with rice. The orange sauce was the best I ever had. The chicken was lightly breaded and all white meat. The fried rice was good as well. The sushi was lightly deep fried and fresh. This is a must try place to eat.“

“I got the chicken fajita and my wife ordered the beef burritos. Very good size portions and came out piping hot! Unfortunately my wife got one chicken and one beef burrito and they were only lightly seasoned. My fajita had Lots of green pepper and some red and yellow peppers but very little onion. Chips and salsa were probably some of the best ever. Very fast polite service. Atmosphere is nothing great but is clean“

“We found Canal Street Diner, for Brunch, after a Google search for diners, while heading South on I-77. It's a few turns off I-77 and well worth it! My husband ordered the Two Girls Greek Omelette, I had the Stuffed French Toast, with Strawberries, and we also ordered a side of Biscuits & Gravy. Small neighborhood diner that packs a punch. Service is fast and friendly, and the Cook is great!“
