“My first time visiting not sure what took us so long to get here.Food is fantastic, the atmosphere is very welcoming for whomever you are dinning with.Our server Cindy H. was top drawer!She new exactly what we needed when we needed it.I was catching up with a friend I hadn't seen in a bit. Cindy made sure we had plenty of everything.If you love wine, go on a Tuesday when bottles are the special of the day.“

“I only have one complaint. We have been calling this place for two days between my girlfriend and me. We have made 20 calls, when the phone ring it would just be music even called the operator to see if there was something wrong with the line. Finally my friend went up there to check and they’re closed until April 15, I wish they would’ve respected their customers enough to have had a message on their machine saying such. We wasted a lot of time that we can’t get back.Well that sounds like you’re making excuses. Why didn’t you just put it on the information that states your hours and you could’ve written right there Close till April 15, that would’ve been easy. Your attitude is disappointing. “The manager went above and beyond to make sure experience was good. The waitress was excellent. However, it is an extremely noisy restaurant. Very high ceilings with lots of people. The food was very good. Very disappointed, however that they do not serve bread or rolls when serving drinks and a full dinner. The manager did go back out and bring us out a hoagie roll that he had toasted, and that helped.“

“We are lucky enough to have LockKeepers close to us. We always feel welcome. Deja made some wonderful recommendations. We had the Halibut (Dinner Catch) special and the Heritage Pork entrees. Both were excellent. The custom made drinks are always tasty. Let's not forget the home made desserts of Espresso Panna Cotta and Milk Chocolate Budino (our favorite). As always we look forward to our next visit!“

“Mission is just a great establishment through and through! I love that the chain veteran owned and that they acknowledge our heroes. The service is always friendly, efficient and professional. The food is exceptional. Usually I get brisket or ribs. I was craving BBQ this week and Mission came through. I ordered the 2 meat plate with brisket, pulled chicken and made it XXL with green beans (they are fresh and seasoned perfectly. Tender as well. My fave side) and Mac and cheese (the noodles were more al dente than I like, but the sauce was creamy and just salty enough). The cornbread is slightly sweet and delicious. Their collard greens, hand cut fries and potato salad are exceptional as well. I got peach cobbler and it was okay. I prefer more cinnamon but this was still good. Their banana pudding is a must try when they have it. Another thing I love is they have amazing ice (I'm a chronic ice cruncher because of my health issues. Their ice is SO good. I buy a big cup just for it). I've been a chef for 18 years and was a GCYM and worked in the galley for years. Watching how organized and in sync their staff are is impressive and a key to why Mission BBQ is far beyond other restaurants. can't wait to come back!“

“I stopped in on Mother's Day and picked up the Party Combo. 1/2 sheet of pizza one topping and 20 wings. The pizza is always good but this was the first time having their wings. They are fat, juicy and crispy. Got the garlic parmesan wings. They came with a bunch of buttery garlic sauce and parmesan cheese all in separate containers so you can mix all that goodness together when you get home. Outstanding!“

You wouldn't think this place would be a higher end Italian restaurant since it sits on the same strip as Dollar General & Ollie's, but once inside, you can tell it's no Olive Garden. That said, it's still a low-key atmosphere that you can dress up or down without feeling awkward. Our group was in shorts and casual wear, and the table next to us was dressed up. The cozy patio is on the corner end of the strip but it's high shrubbery keeps it super private and blocks out any neighboring distractions. Great little place, great food and great service.“
